Planning Your London Visit

What is the famous food in London?
Sunday Roast is definitely true. You may also try cockles, sticky toffee pudding, beef wellington, pie and mash, and the famous Fish and Chips.
How is the parking in London?
Hugely dependant on which part of London you are staying in visiting. If central London then stick with Public Transport as parking is expensive, time consuming to find and stressful. The London Underground is outstanding. Cheap by comparison and easy to use. If staying in a suburb of London then a car is helpful and easier to manage. Be aware there is a congestion charge for driving in central london though so if traveling into central london you are better off using public transport."
What are the top 5 sights I can not miss in London?
The British Museum because even if you aren't a museum person, they have such a HUGE variety of stuff-like the freizes from the Acropolis and the Rosetta Stone, that it keeps you entertained and in awe. I'm a sucker for the royals, so I definitely think if you are there during the time they offer tours of Buckingham Palace you have to go. It is wild! The London Eye gives you the absolute best view of London, I know it is a cliche, but you can't get that view anywhere else. If it is a clear day you can see all the way to Windsor Castle. I love to people watch and wander at Covent Garden and if the weather is nice they have street performers. And of course, get lost in Harrods. The basement-where all the food is located-is absolute heaven. And just like my husband, Wimbledon Park Tennis Court is my mecca. Wimbledon is quite charming as well.
