Cancellation and Refund Policy

The change and cancellation policy of Globerouter tours ordering site (www.globerouter.com, hereafter referred to as Globerouter) is an integral part of the customer agreement. You are deemed to have agreed to this agreement, and the entirety of the change and cancellation policy when you agree to the Customer Agreement.

Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. At that point, if you need to change or cancel your order, please download and complete the “Change/Cancellation Form”, and send the completed and signed form to Globerouter via email, fax or post (please see below). Please be aware, should you wish to change, cancel or modify an order, a small fee is payable. The specific refund criteria are as follows:

I. Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

* Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

* Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

* This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

* Subject to availability of seats

* Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-30 Days prior to tour departure date 75% of tour cost paid will be refunded
08-14 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

* Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

* This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

* Subject to availability of seats.

* Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

* This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".

II. Regulations for changing or canceling destination activity products

1. Destination activity products include but are not limited to: show tickets, attraction tickets, city passes, etc. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. No refund is available at this point.

2. Guests who are absent from any activities, or who leave any activity early will be deemed to have waived the activity. If the product has special instructions for cancellations and changes these will be implemented in accordance with the specific provisions of each product.

IV. Promotion change and cancellation policy

Promotion offers are a selection of hot-selling, high quality products at amazing value, and are subject to the following special regulations for changes and cancellation.

2. Modifying the order

V. Insurance product change and cancellation policy

Insurance products are provided by Globerouter's partners and 3rd party websites, 3rd party websites' terms and conditions apply. Globerouter does not accept liability for the content of 3rd party websites.

VI.Refunds

1. Upon receiving the completed “Change/Cancellation Form” and a signature, Globerouter will process the request within 3 business days, though the actual date of the refund depends on the bank's processing times.

2. When refunding, Globerouter will cancel or change the product in accordance with the provisions set out in this document. The amount to be returned will be settled in USD and returned to the original account used for payment. Users must bear the costs associated with converting to other currencies, and use the trading total as a benchmark only.

VIII. Notes

With regard to destination products plus hotel reservation and pick up service, once confirmed, the fee cannot be refunded.

1. After a destination tour product has started, if the guests are voluntarily sharing rooms, Globerouter will not offer a refund.

2. With regard to orders for promotions including “buy two get one free” and “buy two get two free”, if the request to modify comes after the trip has started, fees will be charged to cancel or modify the terms. Related promotions such as participation in trips involving groups with absentees will be charged a fine as set out in this document. The deposit can be used to collect the penalty from other participants in the same itinerary.

3. If the trip includes airfare and is confirmed, no change can be made to the flights as scheduled (such as name, time, route, flight number, etc.) If this leads to the cancellation of the order, no refund is available.

4. If a product has special instructions for canceling and changing, these will be implemented in accordance to the provisions of each product individually.

5. In exceptional cases, the supplier may cancel or change an itinerary. In these instances, we will promptly inform you, and provide you with additional options. If you are not satisfied with the proposed changes, we will offer a full refund.

6. When estimating the notice period for changes or calculations, the day of departure and the day Globerouter receives notice from the customer are not included.

7. After the itinerary starts, Globerouter will no longer accept applications for refund of fees. If a person misses the start of the itinerary, we cannot offer a refund.

8. In the event of uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to: flight delays or cancellations, road traffic accidents, vehicle break downs, inclement weather and other such conditions, Globerouter will provide advice and assistance, but is not responsible for any resultant loss.

9. The completed Change/Cancellation Form and signature should be sent together by email or mail to following address to alert Globerouter's ordering system.
