What should we wear during winter months in Alaska?

Clothing is highly suggested to be in layers as Alaska gets super chilling in winter months. You will need layers of normal clothing with a sweater and insulated parka jackets, woolen socks, winter boots, woolen scarf, gloves with liners, winter hats or headgears, etc.

The coldest month is January when the average temperature overnight is 9.3°F.
