Day 1: Home – Calgary

Summary of The Day

Today you will be picked up at YYC Airport.

You can join the optional tours (for guests arriving before 12:00) or explore the city on your own. The hotel check-in time is usually after 16:00.

Pickup Info

Free YYC airport pick-up time: 10:00am - 10:00pm (Departure every 2 hours: 10:00am/12:00pm/2:00pm/4:00pm/6:00pm/8:00pm/10:00pm. You need to book in advance.)

Pickup points: Information Centre at Exit #7. If you don't arrive during the above mentioned time, you need to take the hotel shuttle bus to the hotel by yourself. If you miss the booked pickup time, please inform us as early as possible, so we can re-arrange for you. (if you miss the last departure bus, you need to go to the hotel by yourself.)


Note: You need to wait for other guests to go together. Paid private pickup service charges C$60 one way for 1-4 persons / C$150 one way for 5-10 persons. Tax is not included.

Day 2: Calgary – Lake Louise – Moraine Lake – Yoho National Park

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will go to visit Lake Louise (approx. 120-min stay) in Banff National Park. We will spend more time enjoying the picturesque views there and then continue to Moraine Lake/Ten Peak Vally (approx. 45-min stay).

After that, we will head to Yoho National Park. Passing by Spiral Tunnel, we will then arrive at Emerald Lake (approx. 20-min stay). 

Afterward, we will move to Natural Bridge (approx. 15-min stay).

Today, we will spend the night in the Banff town.

Day 3: Banff - Columbia Icefield - Home

Summary of The Day

In the morning, you will travel through Icefield Parkway with a 20-min stay at the Bow Lake.

Afterwards, you will visit Columbia Icefield (approx. 3.5-hour stay), where you can take the Ice Explorer (optional, approx. 90 mins) and travel to a place where you can walk on, feel and drink from the Athabasca Glacier. 

Next, we will arrive at the Peyto Lake (approx. 20-min stay) in Banff National Park

After that, we will tour the Crowfoot Glacier for another 15 minutes before we head back to Calgary.

If Peyto Lake is closed, we will visit WaterFowl Lake

    5. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    6. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase (29 inch) and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage will be charged additional fees.(C$25+5%GST/per piece, please pay in cash to the guide)

    7. Due to resources shortage in the Rocky Mountains, please select the optional tours / meals at the time of booking. It will be unavailable to book 14 days before the tour starts or upon arrival.

    8. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    9. Waiting time of pick-up service: within 90 minutes upon arrival of international flights; within 60 minutes upon arrival of domestic flights. Guests who arrive late and still need pick-up service will be charged again. In case of cancellation or change of flights, guests need to contact with the local tour operator at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time of flights.

    10. Due to peak travel season and the Oil Show and Stampede, the hotel accommodation is subject to availability and prices may fluctuate. Please refer to the final confirmation.

    11. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    12. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

3) Change to a different tour

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
