Itinerary

Day 1: Toronto – Thousand Islands – Ottawa

Summary of The Day

In the early morning, we will depart from Toronto, passing through Kingston on our way to Ottawa, the capital of Canada, where we will visit the Canadian War Museum (at your own expenses), followed by the Canadian Museum of History. You could also choose to take the famous Thousand Islands Cruise at your own expense (available from Apr to Oct)

After dinner, we will spend the night in Ottawa.

Day 2: Ottawa – Quebec

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will go to Parliament Hill (inside view, or substituted by other attractions if conferences or events hold). In Ottawa. If we visit from late June to mid-August, we may have the chance to see a guard ceremony, depending on weather conditions. 

Then, we will drive to Quebec, where we will visit the Historic District, Chateau Frontenac, and Place Royale

First, we can visit the Quebec tower (at your own expenses) to view city skyline. 

After this, you can also have a delicious French dinner (at your own expenses) in the romantic city.

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will go to Canyon Sainte-Anne to see the area's amazing waterfalls (Seasonal; at your own expenses). 

Then, we will visit the Albert Gilles Copper Art & Museum at your own expenses.

In the afternoon, we will go to Montreal to see St. Joseph's Oratory and the Olympic Tower

After dinner, we will stay at Montreal for the night.

Day 4: Montreal – Thousand Islands – Kingston- Toronto

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will head towards the Thousand Islands region, where we will have the chance to enjoy a boat cruise (April to October; at your own expense) through this beautiful area. Or, you can choose the Thousand Islands Helicopter Tour (at your own expense). You will see the historic Boldt Castle on Heart Island too (you will not see during Nov.-April).

Afterward, we will take photos at BIG Toonie before returning to Toronto

    6. Departure point default to drop-off point, if you want to change drop off location, please check availability from us in advance.

    7. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    8. All the admissions and attraction must be bought from the tour guide.

    9. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring U.S. passport, green card or valid U.S. and Canada visa.

    10. Please arrival at least 15 mins before departure time. All the pick-up& drop off times are for your reference only.

    11. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:    

       - U.S. permanent residents (with a green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

    12. All VIP seats need to be reserved and paid at the time of booking, so the first 4 rows will be guaranteed for you.

    13. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    14. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    15. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
