Day 1: Home - Vancouver

Summary of The Day

Today, we will pick you up at the YVR airport.

If you need pickup from Cruise Terminal, please wait at Pan Pacific Hotel.

9:00; 11:00; 13:00; 15:00; 17:00; 20:00 (Mandatory Tips/Service Fee: CAD$5 per person one way for airport pick-up)

For guests who join the half-day Vancouver tour will wait at the airport and depart at 13:00; the city tour will take about 3 hours (guests who take the Vancouver city tour need to pay C$10 per person too the guide )

For Canada domestic flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area at carousel No.3

For international flights, please meet the tour guide at the Information Center in Arriving Hall.

Day 2: Vancouver – Seattle – Spokane

Summary of The Day

Today we will depart from Vancouver and drive across the border to the US. 

We will first go to visit Seattle, the largest city in both the state of Washington and the Pacific Northwest region of North America.

Then visit the Leavenworth. Residents paint and refurbish many German Bavarian houses and buildings to transform the town into a typical Bavarian Village.

We will stay overnight in Spokane at night.

Day 3: Spokane - Lake Coeur d'Alene - Missoula - Livingston

Day 4: Yellowstone National Park

Summary of The Day

Today we will head to the world-famous Yellowstone National Park, the first National Park in the U.S. The park is known for its wildlife and its many geothermal features, especially Old Faithful Geyser that we are going to visit.The largest lake in the country is Yellowstone Lake, located in the heart of the Yellowstone volcano and one of the largest high-altitude lakes in North America.

Yellowstone is home to grizzly, wolves, American bison and Canadian red deer. Visit Yellowstone National Park West Gate Signs, Fountain Paint Pot, Midway Geyser Basin, Biscuits Basin, the old faithful, Brink of Upper Falls, Norris Geyser Basin and so on (attactions depend on actual traffic and weather on the tour).

Day 5: West Yellowstone - Grand Teton National Park - Jackson - Butte

Summary of The Day

Starting from the hotel in the morning, we will continue to visit the Yellowstone National Park, We will enjoy the beautiful surroundings in the park and the fascinating Yellowstone West Thumb.

Later we come to visit Grand Teton National Park.

Afterwards, we will visit the Antlers Park in the center of Jackson.

We will spend our night in Butte, Montana.

Day 6: Butte - 50,000 Silver Dollar Bar - Ellensburg

Summary of The Day

In the morning we will go to visit 50,000 Silver Dollar Bar. The shop opened in the highway on the 10th in 1951, of which the original customers are mainly lumberjacks.

We will spend the night in Yakima, a small town in Washington.

Day 7: Ellensburg - Seattle - Premium Outlets -Vancouver

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will depart from the hotel and head to Seattle where we could see the largest Starbucks in the world.

Later. we will visit the landmark in Seattle - Space Needle (outside view).

Then we will go to Seattle Outlets, enjoy shopping.

At last, we will return to Vancouver and end the tour.

The bus will be back to Vancouver at around 19:00 P.M

Reminder

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc. 

    3. Guests with Canada Permanent Resident Card need to bring valid American visa while Canadian citizens enjoy visa exemption.

    4. Guests need to have an American passport and green card or valid American visa and passport with the validity of at least 6 months; guests with American visa need to register on EVUS on your own; guests who are under 19 and sign up alone need to submit valid agreement in English from guardians. Guests who are not allowed to enter the US for lack of the mentioned documents will not be refunded. 

    5. Guests need to assemble at the departure point 5 minutes ahead of time; otherwise, please head to the next stop on your own. 

    6. Guests need to provide flight information 3 days before the tour; otherwise, you will be deemed to give up airport transfers.

    7. Tour fees may fluctuate during holidays.

    8. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    9. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee of $150 per person to the guide.

    10. During the peak travel season, twin room may be changed into a King room or a King room Plus Sofa bed without prior notice.

    11. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. 

    12. Please note that City Pass and any attraction admission tickets purchased by yourselves are not allowed in the tour.

    13. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    14. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old. No pets are allowed in the tour.

    15. Each person is allowed to carry 1 big and 1 small suitcase during the tour, extra C$35 per luggage will be charged if you want to add.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
21-30 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-20 Days prior to tour departure date 25% of tour cost paid will be refunded
14 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
