Day 1: Home – Seattle Airport Pickup

Summary of The Day

The first day of the trip is for reference only; we will make some arrangements base on your flight arrival time.

For guests whom need complementary airport pick-up shuttle services, please meet our tour guide at the #8 baggage claim area between 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Guests are able to planning the rest of the day by their own, or participate in our morning and evening tour (minimum 4 guests requested)

A. Free shuttle services: Seattle Airport 9: 00 AM - 10:00 PM, we will wait for other guests and head to hotel as soon as the shuttle is full. $10/guest/day gratuity will be collected by tour guide at your last tour day.

B. 24-hour private shuttle service: $120 / (1st &2nd guest), $10 /each additional guest.

C. No flight guest: Please notice in advance and convergence with us at Seattle airport; shuttle bus will take you to the hotel. $10/guest/day gratuity will be collected by tour guide at your last tour day.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers. 

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    5. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    6. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.

    7. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Attention: According to Seattle's local laws and regulations, every child at the age of 8 & under will be served with a safety seat. ($8 per child per day is not included in the tour fee.) Please note at the time of booking if a child safety seat is required. We may not be able to arrange for a child safety seat if you fail to inform us in advance, and we are not responsible for the penalty fees incurred.

    10. In case of the closure or delay of the ferry, we will drive back to Seattle.

    11. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    12. Due to safety issues, the Museum of Flight is only available to guests who are taller than 122cm (4 feet). Please measure the height of your children before visiting the museum.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
