Day 1: Vancouver – Lake Okanagan – Winery – Salmon Arm / Vermon

Summary of The Day

Today we will start our journey via the trans-Canada highway, passing through Fraser Valley, and then head east for Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley and home to world-class vintners. 

At Lake Okanagan, let us listen to its legendary story and search for the lake monster "Ogopogo". 

Afterwards, we will go to visit one of the most renowned wineries before settling down at Salmon Arm / Vernon in the evening.

Day 2: Salmon Arm / Vermon – Banff National Park – Banff Town

Summary of The Day

Today we will proceed to the Eagle Pass and visit the "Last Spike" of the transcontinental railway connecting the east and the west. We will travel through the Rogers Pass. 

Then we will arrive in Banff National Park. After a thrilling gondola ride (at your own expense) to the summit, you will be captivated by the majestic Rocky Mountains. We will also discover the town of Banff and Bow falls within the country's first national park. Immerse your body in the soothing Banff Sulphur Mountain hotsprings (admission included). 

We will stay overnight at Banff.

Day 3: Banff National Park - Lake Louise - Salmon Arm / Vermon

Summary of The Day

Today we will head to the Lake Louise, often referred as the "Jewel of the Rockies". The panoramic view of magnificent snow-capped mountains surrounding the emerald colour of the lake attracts millions of visitors worldwide. If weather permits, you may enjoy snowshoeing experience on ice surface of the scenic Lake Louise. 

Guest who book meal package will enjoy an atmospheric lunch at Chateau Lake Louise and a promenade along the lakeshore.

We will settle down at Vernon / Salmon Arm in the evening.

After passing by the district of Hope and Hunter’s Creek, arrive in Vancouver in dusk.(subject to the weather and traffic.)

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Please note that City Pass and any attraction admission tickets purchased by yourselves are not allowed in the tour.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. Adult pricing applies to all children/infants.

    7. Additional hotel accommodation may be changed to a similar hotel. Please enquire at the time of booking.

    8. Seattle mini excursion will not be provided if arrival transfer is arranged by shuttle service

    9. Snowshoeing activity is weather dependent. Please notify us of your shoe size at the time of booking. Guests are advised to wear waterproof shoes and need to pay damage deposit $50 which is refundable after returning shoes without any damage.

    10. The surcharge of CAD110+5%GST per room applies during 12/18, 2019~ 12/31, 2020.

    11. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive baggage will be charged additional $35 per piece.

    12. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    13. All hotel rooms are non-smoking. No smoking in hotels. Anyone who violates the rule will be fined at least C$350 per person.

    14. Please bring Visa/MasterCard for the hotel incidental deposits

    15. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring American passport or Green Card OR valid American and Canadian visas.

    16. During Christmas Time (Dec 18-30), group lunch at Chateau Lake Louise is not available, substitute restaurant will be arranged

    17. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

     eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:  

     - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

     - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

     How to apply for eTA to Canada?  

     - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 32 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 15 days or lesser.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
32 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
24-31 Days prior to tour departure date 70% of tour cost paid will be refunded
16-23 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

**If the upgraded hotel has been confirmed, the fee for upgrading the hotel will not be refundable.

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 32 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 14 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change the name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 03 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".

7) The local operator reserves the right to cancel the tours without liability 14 days prior to departure, and reschedule the tours or refund the payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a group.
