Reminder
1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.
2. The sequence of itineraries, travel time, tour start/end points, attractions covered as mentioned in the tour itinerary; are subject to change without prior notice based on departure dates, local weather, traffic/driving conditions, on ground situations etc.
3. No charge for infants aged below 2 years (no seat on the bus for infants).
4. Child fare is applicable for kids aged "02 and above - below 11 years" , who share a room with two adults (no separate bed will be offered for the child. Only one child per room is allowed).
5. Maximum occupancy in a room is 2 adults + 1 child (aged below 11 years). There is no possibility to accommodate 3 Adults or more (OR) 2 Adults + 2 Children in one room.
6. For families with 2 adults + 2 children aged below 11 years, customers will have to avail 2 rooms by upgrading both the children to Adult (OR) upgrade one child to an adult, (thereby paying adult price for the child who is upgraded).
7. Every passenger is allowed to carry no more than 1 bag (weight not exceeding 30 Kilos), the maximum size per piece of baggage is 158 cm (height + width + depth), extra baggage will be charged 5 euros per piece.
8. Please ensure the safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
9. This tour is not wheelchair accessible. So it would not be possible to carry wheelchairs / pushcarts / prams / strollers on this tour.
10. It is responsibility of the passenger to carry all important travel documents like Passport , VISA (Please check with the traveling countries embassy / consulate on VISA requirements) , Travel Insurance etc. to participate in this tour.
11. NOTE: We will have passengers from different parts of the globe participating in this tour and the tour guides who conduct these tours are multilingual. The tour instructions may be given in English / Vietnamese or Chinese.
12. The coach equipped with Wi-Fi which is free of charge for customers, but please kindly understand that the signal may not keep stable during the tour, especially when passes through different countries.
Remarks:
I. Letter for obtaining UK VISA (or) EU Schengen VISA can be issued upon request for customers who have booked our Europe Tours.
II. A letter from Globerouter will only act as a supporting document, however, the letter does not guarantee a VISA.
III. The issuance of VISA is at the discretion of the embassy/consulate. Globerouter cannot be held responsible for VISA rejections.
IV. For customers who have availed the VISA letter from Globerouter and wish to cancel the tour due to VISA rejection:
* 45 Days (or) more - 16 Days prior to tour departure date -- The tour cost will be refunded post deducting service fee of USD30
* 15 - 07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date -- The entire tour cost will be forfeited & no-refund will be available
*Letter of VISA rejection issued by the embassy/consulate along with "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form" form has to be emailed to info@globerouter.com no later than 16 days prior to the tour departure date. Without which the cancellation request will not be processed.
*Cancellation request will not be excepted if tour departure date is less than 16 days.
V. For customers who have availed the VISA letter from Globerouter and wish to cancel the tour due to personal reasons post VISA being granted:
* 45 Days (or) more - 16 Days prior to tour departure date -- 75 % of tour cost paid will be refunded
* 08-15 Days prior to tour departure date -- 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
* 07 Days (or) lesser prior to our departure date -- The entire tour cost will be forfeited & no-refund will be available
*Copy of VISA issued by the embassy/consulate along with "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form" form has to be emailed to info@globerouter.com. Without which the cancellation request will not be processed.
*Cancellation request will not be excepted if tour departure date is less than 08 days.
Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1) Reducing the number of travelers
2) Canceling the entire order

* Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.
* Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

* This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

2. Modify an order
Charges to modify an order apply for the following:
1) For requests to add more number of travelers
* Subject to availability of seats.
2) For requests to change to a different tour
* Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.
* Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.
3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date
* This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.
* Subject to availability of seats.
* Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.
4) For requests to change name of passengers
* This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes
1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.
2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.
3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.
4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.
5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
