Day 1: Home - Orlando

Summary of The Day

When you arrive at MCO airport, the tour guide will meet you at the Baggage Claim. The free pick-up time is from 8:30 to 23:00. The tour guide will send you to the hotel, introduce you the 13 theme parks and the schedule of visiting. With the tickets which you pick up from the 13 theme parks, the tour guide will also introduce the general information of Orlando, the restaurant, entertainment, and shopping information for you.

You could also by tickets for blue man group Orlando and cirque du soleil Orlando from your guide.

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries are subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Prices may fluctuate during holidays. Please book the tour ahead of time.

    5. You are advised to contact local operator for confirmation one day before departure. 

    6. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

    7. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    8. Child pricing applies to the children at the age of 3-9 years old (no extra bed). Child pricing of Theme parks applies to the children under 9 years old (9 years old included). No charge for the children under 3 years old to enter the theme parks. 

    9. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    10. Pickup for additional fee: a) 7:30AM - 8:30AM, 11:01PM-12:00AM, $40 for the first one to four person(s) with $10 for each additional person; b) 00:01AM - 7:29AM, $80 for the first one to four person(s) with $10 for each additional person.

    11. Guests can select theme tours and special tours at the time of booking, or pay in cash upon arrival. (Gulf of Mexico Tour 1-day Tour is only available on Saturday and Sunday.)

    12. All the water parks are available in the summer only (the open time is subject to the schedule of each park).

    13. Attention: Every child will be served a seat for the tour fee. Please leave a note at the time of booking if a child safety seat is required.

    14. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    15. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

    16. Legoland Theme Park is only available on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. For the guests who select Lego Theme Park or Lego Water Park, $7 per person will be charged as transportation fee.

    17. Due to the rule imposed by Universal Parks, if you choose Volcano Bay Water Park as one of your destinations, you must also purchase the tickets of Universal Studios and Island of Adventure as well. For those who wish to go Volcano Bay Water Park, please reserve 3 days for the three theme parks.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

* Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

* Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

* This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

* Subject to availability of seats

31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-30 Days prior to tour departure date 75% of tour cost paid will be refunded

07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

* Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

* This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

* This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
