Day 1: Vancouver - Hope Town - Kamloops - Revolstok/Salmon Arm

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will depart from Vancouver and travel to Kamloops, where we can visit a famous ginseng factory to sample ginseng tea. 

Then, visit the famous Last Spike

Depart from Vancouver in the morning and head to Hope Town for our first stop, along the way you can enjoy the nice view of Fraser Valley

In the afternoon, we will go to the town of ginseng, Kamloops, in the northern Okanagan Valley.The name of the city comes from the Indian word “Cumcloups”. Finally, visit the famous “Last Spike"

Tonight, you will stay overnight in Revolstok OR Salmon Arm

Day 2: Yoho National Park – Banff National Park - Banff Town

Summary of The Day

Then we will travel through Yoho National Park and arrive at Banff National Park, where you will see the Vermillion Lakes, Bow Falls and Surprise Corner.

You can choose to take the Banff Gondola (optional) to enjoy a bird view of the Rockies.

After that we will move to Banff town. Guests can enjoy the free time at Banff town.

In the morning, we will go to visit the famous local beehouse in Vernon where guests can enjoy delicious honey. On the way, you can see the KALAMALKA LAKE.

Then we will go to see the mysterious Okanagan Lake.

After that, we will move to visit the Ice Winery. Guests can enjoy different kinds of wine there.

Finally we will travel through Merritt and head back to Vancouver.

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Please note that City Pass and any attraction admission tickets purchased by yourselves are not allowed in the tour.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. Guests are advised to book flights after receiving an E-voucher as confirmation.

    7. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive baggage will be charged additional CAD$35 per baggage.

    8. For the sake of fairness, the tour guide will arrange the seats every day. Or you can choose one of the first the 3 rows and pay it in advance.

    9. According to B.C government, infant under 2 years old on bus must reserve a seat. Adult pricing applies to children/infant under 12 years old. 

    10. Complimentary airport drop-off service is not available. 

    11. Prices may fluctuate during holidays.

    12. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels. Anyone who violates the rule will be fined $300 per person.

    13. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    14. Except bottled water, food, drinks, and alcohol are not allowed on bus.

    15. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driver's license, visa, etc).

    16. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable.

The local operator reserves the right to terminate service in case of the following situations: 1) Guests purchase admission tickets by themselve; 2) Guests don't follow the tour guide's arrangement; 3) Guests refuse to obey any legal rules and regulations; 4) Guests refuse to pay service fees or tips to the guide and drver.

    19. Guests need to declare their baggage at the Customs. The local operator bears no responsibility for your baggage which has not been checked.

    20. Guests who are refused to enter will not be offered free pickup bus.

    21. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

3) Change to a different tour

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

14 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
