Day 1: London - Calais - Brussels

This morning cross the English Channel by ferry or Eurotunnel. Visit the capital city of Belgium for a photo stop at the most iconic structure of Brussels, The Atomium. Later enjoy an Indian dinner.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter liaisons with top local tour operators in Europe to conduct this tour.

    2. The sequence of itinerary , travel time , tour departure / drop-off points mentioned are subject to change without prior notice based on departure date, weather, driving conditions, etc.

    3. Minors cannot travel on their own. All bookings must have a legal guardian or adult over the age of 18, unless where dictated by law.

    4. For 3 persons sharing a triple room, a mattress or sofa-cum bed will be offered for the 3rd passenger. This is subject to change based on availability at the hotels.

    5. No more than a maximum of 4 persons (including infant/child) can be accommodated in a room. 

    6. Child Price is applicable for children in the age groups of 02 - 11 years. At the completion of the tour, the child should not be over the age of 11+ years. Full adult price will apply for children aged 11+ years.

    7. For Infants under the age of 02 years (0-23 months), there will be a mandatory charge applicable (for seat in coach only). Please contact our sales staff before making the reservation. 

    8. No crib / baby coat facilities will be offered for infants sharing room with there parents.

    9. Car seats are not provided on tour coaches, but passengers traveling with infants should carry car seats for comfort and safety reasons.

    10. Passengers can carry light weight manual wheelchairs / push-chairs / strollers (size restriction apply) that are foldable for travel on this tour. The wheelchair/push-chair/stroller will have to be stowed in the luggage hold / trunk of the tour coach. 

    11. On this tour, passengers are allowed to carry 01 piece of luggage per person (maximum 20kg) which will be stored in luggage hold / trunk of the coach. In addition, they can also carry one piece of small hand luggage (has to fit under their seat or in the overhead compartment). 

    12. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure the safety of their luggage & belongings at all times, especially in public areas. The tour operator/tour guide/coach driver, cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings while on tour.

    13. A passport valid for six months beyond the length of stay and issued within the past 10 years is required to be carried by all nationals. 

    14. Passengers holding Indian, Pakistani, Nepali, or Bangladesh Passport will need to obtain U.K / Schengen Visa at their own expense prior to participating on this tour. We recommend passport holders of other countries other than mentioned above to check with the U.K/Schengen VISA offices to learn about VISA requirement applicable for there nationalities and ensure the carry all the necessary documents. 

    15. Please note that City Pass / Entry Tickets / Senior Passes / Season Pass or any attraction admission tickets purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. 

    16. All prices are based upon exchange rates as shown on XE on October 2017, hence prices are subject to change without prior notice.  

    17. In the event of minimum number of passengers required for a particular travel arrangement is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. However, we will not cancel your travel arrangements less than two weeks before your departure date, except for reasons of force majeure. Globerouter cannot be held responsible for any cost which customers may incur as a result of cancellation due to lack of passenger participation nor accept any liability for bookings made outside the services rendered by us.

    18. We will have passengers from different parts of the globe participating in this tour and the tour guides / mangers conducting this tour are bilingual / multilingual. The tour instructions will be given in English & maybe sometimes in Hindi.

    19. We highly suggest all customer to book your flights tickets only after you receive your tour E-Voucher. Globerouter will not be responsible for any flight cancellation/change charges incase of any changes before final confirmation. 

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. The cancellation fees as set out in the below table will apply for this tour if

a) In the event of VISA's not being granted for any of the countries 

b) In the event that any tour participant is unable to travel for any reason whatsoever, including medical grounds, death, visas, jury service, flight / traffic delays , accidents, natural calamities, theft, acts of terrorism, force majeure etc.

c) Should you wish to cancel your existing booking and re-book a different tour, this will be subject to the cancellation charges as mentioned below

All cancellation/modification requests have to be sent in writing via email - no exceptions will be accepted

Cancellation/Modification schedule will be calculated from the date of receiving the notification in writing

2. Modification fees as set out in the below table will apply for this tour if

a) Request to change / edit passenger names (or) replace a passenger name provided at the time of booking

Due to increased security measures, Europe travel bookings now require First and Last Names as they appear on your passport, which must be the same name given when making your booking with us.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information regarding names as per passport provided at the time of booking is correct. Any changes will lead to an administrative charge.

This change request is possible to make until 13-08 days prior to departure date by paying the fee as set in the below table

b) Request to change travel date selected at time of booking

This change request is possible to make until 30 days or more prior to departure date by paying the fee as set in the below table.

c) Request to change departure points selected at time of booking

This change request is possible to make until 29-14 days prior to departure date by paying the fee as set in the below table.

d) Request to change the tour will not be accepted, however, customers have the choice to cancel the tour & cancellation charges as mentioned above under clause 1.c. will apply

a) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, VISA rejections, flight delays / cancellations, traffic delays, theft, natural calamities, acts of terrorism, civil wars etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

b) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / public / natural / manmade exigencies.

c) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for. Charges as mentioned above would be applicable.

d) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

e) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail.

f) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
