Day 1: Vancouver - Vancouver City Tour

Summary of The Day

We will pick you up at the YVR today between 8AM-9:30PM.

OR you can choose to pick up at Seattle (surcharge applies, please select and pay at the time of booking)

YVR Airport Pick-up time: 8:00 AM - 9:30PM.

For Canada domestic flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area at carousel No.3

For international flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Wooden statue in the airport lobby.

For arrival at the pier, you should meet the tour guide in front of the Pan Pacific Hotel.

【Complimentary Vancouver City Tour】(approx. 3.5 hrs):

Guests need to meet our tour guide before 11:10am. We will tour Downtown, Stanley Park, Canada Place, Vancouver Convention Center and Olympic Cauldron etc. In addition, we will take the complimentary mini ferry ride to Granville Island!

Seattle pickup

1) Sea-Tac Airport Arrivals: pick up Claim Belt #14 at approx. 12 pm (Bonus Complimentary Mini Excursion of Seattle, rather than Vancouver;Saturday arrivals: postpones 30 mins)

2) Cruise Terminal Arrivals: pick up Pier 66 or 91 at approx. 1:15pm

3) Downtown Arrivals: pick up Seattle Aquarium Main Entrance at approx. 1:45pm. Transfer to Vancouver Hotel after a short stop at Space Needle

Day 2: Vancouver-Kelowna-Lake Okanagan-Winery-Salmon Arm

Summary of The Day

We will start our journey via the trans-Canada highway and head east for Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. 

We will stop at the renowned winery to learn the basics of wine making. 

Then, we will see Lake Okanagan to listen to its legendary story and search for the lake monster "Ogopogo".

In the evening, we will settle down at Salmon Arm/Vernon.

Day 3: Salmon Arm/Revelstoke - Banff National Park - Gondola - Bow Falls - Town of Banff

Summary of The Day

Today, we will head towards Banff National Park. You will have the option of taking a Gondola Ride to the top of Sulfur Mountain

Moving past Vermilion Lakes, we will arrive at Banff National Park. Alongside the town is none other than the Bow Falls which was also featured in 1953 Marilyn Monroe starred movie River of No Return.

You can enjoy Banff town at your pace and explore a myriad of galleries, trendy shops and boutiques.

Stay overnight in Banff.

Day 4: Lake Louise - Bow Lake - Jasper National Park - Icefield - Glacier Skywalk - Golden/Valemount

Summary of The Day

Today we will begin with an amazing tour of Banff National Park that will take us to sights such as Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefield

Then, we will also visit Jasper National Park, home to the new Glacier Skywalk that lets guests walk out over the icy canyons, as well as the Athabasca Glacier

We will spend the night in Golden or Valemount.

Summary of The Day

Enjoy a free day for shopping or fine dining. Transfer to Vancouver Airport afterwards.

Booking Info

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. According to BC Government's law, the infants under 2 years old must be served a seat and you should bring safety seat by yourselves.

    7. For the sake of fairness, the tour guide will arrange the seats every day.

    8. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage will be charged additional $35 per baggage.

    9. Guests are not allowed to smoke in hotels, otherwise they will be fined at least $350.

    10. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring American passport or Green Card, or bring valid American and Canadian visas.

    11. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    12. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:  

      - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

      How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
32 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
24-31 Days prior to tour departure date 70% of tour cost paid will be refunded
16-23 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

**If the upgraded hotel has been confirmed, the fee for upgrading the hotel will not be refundable.

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
