Day 1: Hometown - Vancouver

You will be pick up at the YVR airport today.


**A special gift of Vancouver City Tour (3.5-hour; for the guests who arrive in Vancouver before 11:10 am): stops at Canada Place, Vancouver Convention Center, Olympic Cauldron and Stanley Park etc, and take a mini ferry ride to Granville Island.

  • For Canada domestic flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area at carousel No.3
  • For international flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Wooden statue in the airport lobby.
  • For arrival at the pier, you should meet the tour guide in front of the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Seattle Pickup (surcharge applies)

Day 2: Vancouver - BC Ferries - Victoria - Inner Harbour - Butchart Gardens - Vancouver

We will get on the BC Ferry to Swartz Bay and arrive at the capital of BC - Victoria and visit the famous Butchart Gardens, the beautiful year-round gardens.


After we enjoy the splendid view of the garden of flowers and trees we will pass by the Gate of Harmonious at Canada’s oldest Chinatown, then visit the BC Legislative Buildings, Thunderbird Park, Beacon Hill Park and Mile “0” of Trans-Canada Highway. Day 3: Vancouver - Sea to Sky Highway - Whistler - Vancouver

Start the journey along the Sea to Sky Highway.

Pass by Horseshoe Bay, the 3rd highest waterfall in BC, and the world 2nd largest granite monolith - Stawamus Chief. Arrive at Whistler- the #1 ski resort in North America and the host of the 2010 Winter Olympics. Day 4: Vancouver - Kelowna - Lake Okanagan - Winery - Salmon Arm/Revelstoke

Today, we will head towards Banff National Park. You will have the option of taking a Gondola Ride to the top of Sulfur Mountain

Moving past Vermilion Lakes, we will arrive at Banff National Park. Alongside the town is none other than the Bow Falls which was also featured in 1953 Marilyn Monroe starred movie River of No Return.

Day 8: Vancouver/Seattle – Hometown

Summary of The Day

Today, we can enjoy a free day for shopping or fine dining. Transfer to Vancouver Airport afterwards.

Or you can depart in the morning and arrive at Seattle Aquarium or Sea-Tac Airport around noon (surcharge applied). Suggested departure flight time after 3pm in Seattle.

Reminder

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Child pricing applies to the children at the age of 2-11 years old.

    5.  infant must reserve a seat and will be charged with tour fare.

    6. According to BC Government's law, the infants under 2 years old must be served a seat and you should bring safety seat by yourselves

    7. To be fair, the tour guide will arrange the bus seats for you and you should have your arranged seat.

    8. Guests who depart from US need to bring American passport and Green Card OR valid American and Canadian visas.

    9. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    10. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage will be charged additional $ 35 per baggage.

    11. For the guests at 12-15 years old who want to book mandatory tour - Admissions, please contact us at the time of booking

    12. Hotel rates in Vancouver may fluctuate. 

    13. Additional hotel accommodation may be changed to a similar hotel. Please enquire at the time of booking.

    14. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements has been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:    

       - US permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary

    - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departure from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD $ 7. ETA can be valid for 5 years.

    15. Due to high peak season, please enquire if seats are available at the time of booking. 

    16. Due to high peak season, the hotel rates in Vancouver may increase and the check-in hotel is subject to change. Please contact us for more information. 

    17. Vancouver Night Tour is only available during May-Sep.15th.

    18. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    19. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    20. Vancouver Night tour is complimentary to max. 2 guests per room. The 3rd/ 4th guest is at CAD35 per person. Subject to availability; while suppliers last (Duration about 2 hours; May 1 to Sep 16)

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

32 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
24-31 Days prior to tour departure date 70% of tour cost paid will be refunded
16-23 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

**If the upgraded hotel has been confirmed, the fee for upgrading the hotel will not be refundable.

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
