Itinerary

Day 1: Vancouver – Hope – Kelowna – Revelstoke/Salmon Arm

Summary of The Day

Departing from Vancouver in the morning, we will travel through beautiful Fraser River and passes by the hundred years ago gold-era beautiful town – Hope Town (stay for about 20 mins). 

Then we will arrive at Kelowna to visit the famous Okanagan Lake where we could find the "Ogopogo" and taste the famous VQA ice wine.

At last, we will spend overnight in Revelstoke.

Day 2: Revelstoke/ Salmon Arm - Yoho National Park - Lake Louise - Banff Town

Summary of The Day

Today we will visit the Rokies and first come to Yoho National Park to visit Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge.

Then we will visit the famous Lake Louise.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Banff Town and you could choose the optional Banff Gondola (at your own expense) to go a wonderful sightseeing of the whole Rokies.


* Banff Gondola will be mandatory in July and August. The hotel accommodation will be upgraded to Sunshine Mountain Lodge for Free!

Day 3: Banff - Columbia Icefield - Jasper National Park - Hinton

Summary of The Day

Early morning we will visit the beautiful Peyto Lake.

Later we come to the famous Columbia Icefield (approx. 3 hours). You’ll travel on a massive Ice Explorer (snowcoach) to a place where you can walk on, feel and drink from the Athabasca Glacier. Then, take a jaw-dropping walk along the glass-floored Glacier Skywalk and step high above Sunwapta Valley.

At last we enter the Jasper National Park and stay overnight in Hinton.

Later, we come to visit the famous spot as Maligne Lake, and you could choose to take the Maligne Lake Cruise to the Spirit Island.

Afterwards, we will visit the Maligne Canyon (approx. 1 hour).

In the afternoon, we come to Robson Park and visit the famous Mount Robson.

In the end, we stay overnight in Valemount.

Day 5: Valemount/ Blue River - Kamloops - Merritt - Vancouver

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will come to Well Gray Provincial Park to visit the Spahats Falls.

Later we come to Kamloops which is famous for its Sunmore Ginseng Factory.

At last, passing through Merritt and Hope Town, we will return to Vancouver and end the tour.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    5. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring American passport and Green Card OR valid American and Canadian visas.

    6. In case of guests giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. are not refundable.

    7. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:   

      - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    10. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs some penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    11. Each person is allowed to carry 1 big and 1 small suitcase during the tour, extra C$35 per luggage will be charged if you want to add.

    12. Children under 18 must be accompanied with an adult.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
