Day 1: Home - Vancouver

Today, we will pick you up at the YVR airport.

If you need pickup from Cruise Terminal, please wait at Pan Pacific Hotel.

Day 2: Vancouver – Hope – Kamloops – Revelstoke (approx. 355 Miles / 6.5 Hours) / Golden (approx. 445 Miles / 8.2 Hours)

Summary of The Day

Departing from Vancouver in the morning, we will travel through beautiful Fraser River and then arrive at Kamloops to have lunch. Kamloops is BC's famous Ginseng field where guests will visit the Ginseng factory for about 45 mins. Here has professional person to explain the cultivation of Ginseng and curative effect. The guests also have an opportunity to taste authentic Ginseng tea in the meantime.

After that, we will move to Salmon Bay in the afternoon to take a photo (stay for about 30 mins).

And then, we will head to Pacific Railway park to visit the "Last Spike" (stay for about 30 mins) where runs through the junction of the Pacific Railway between Canada's east and west coasts. 

We will stay overnight at Revelstoke or Golden.

Day 3: Banff National Park – Jasper National Park – Banff Town – Kananaskis (approx. 150 Miles / 3 Hours)

Summary of The Day

We will travel via Icefield Parkway in the morning.

Then we will arrive at Jasper National Park (stay for about 3 hours) and take the icefield snow coach (pre-paid, optional) and watch the Columbia Icefields on Athabasca Glacier. This is 10,000-year ice area of 325 square kilometers, the deepest ice 300 meters, the highest 3745 meters, the guests can touch glaciers and take pictures from there.

After that, we will go to Skywalk (pre-paid, optional) and enjoy the glacier valley. Here is the Rocky Mountains landmark glass bridge 280 meters high.

Lastly, we will go to Bow Lake before visit the famous Banff town. The town of Banff Avenue is lined with gift shops and different flavors of food.

We will stay overnight at the resort in Kananaskis.

Day 4: Kananaskis – Banff National Park – Vernon/Salman Arm (approx. 292 Miles / 5.5 Hours)

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will head to the Bow Falls, Surprise Corner, overlooking the majestic Spring Hotel.

Then, we will visit the fairy-like Moraine Lake (subject to traffic and road conditions).

After that, we will go to Lake Louise (stay about 1.5 hours), where you can take Gondola ride (optional) to enjoy the panoramic view of the Lake, and followed by Natural Bridge in Yoho National Park . Finally, we will reach Rogers Pass in the Glacier National Park, the route was built at the Rogers Valley Gorge in 1885. The construction of the Rogers Gap has opened up the east and west of Canada and has far-reaching implications for Canada's development.

Later today, we will go to the town of Vernon for overnight.

Day 5: Vernon/Salman Arm – Kelowna – Merritt – Vancouver (approx. 280 Miles / 5 Hours)

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will visit famous Vernon local beekeeping farm and taste different flavors of natural honey or choose the best royal jelly (for about 45 minutes).

Then we will head to Kelowna, BC's hometown of fruit and go to Okanagan Lake for the Ogopogo (about 30 minutes) of the mythology of Indians. We will visit the prestigious VQA winery in the area to taste red, white wine and purchase the world-famous Canadian Icewine (stay for about 1 hour).

After that we will travel through Merritt for quick rest, and then return to Vancouver by the end of the day.

Option1: Victoria Day Trip

Our 1-day tour to Victoria starts with a scenic ferry ride across the Georgie Straight from Vancouver.

Upon arrival on Vancouver Island, we will travel to the world-famous Butchart Gardens, which is now a National Historic Site of Canada.

Then, we will head to visit Victoria Inner Harbour, the BC Parliament Buildings, and Centennial Park.

You can also visit the Royal BC Museum at your own expenses.

Brandywine Falls - Brandywine Waterfall Provincial Park is located in the outskirts of Whistler. It is a famous waterfall that visitors could stand on the waterfall summit and appreciate the magnificent waterfalls.

Reminder

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    5. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring American passport and Green Card OR valid American and Canadian visas.

    6. In case of guests giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. are not refundable.

    7. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:   

      - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    10. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs some penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    11. Each person is allowed to carry 1 big and 1 small suitcase during the tour, extra C$35 per luggage will be charged if you want to add.

    12. Children under 18 must be accompanied with an adult.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

2. Modify an order

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
