Day 1: Home - Vancouver

Today, we will pick you up at Vancouver Airport (YVR).

Meeting Point:

For Canada domestic flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area at carousel No.3

For international flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Tourist Info Desk in the airport lobby.

Optional Airport pickup from 8:00AM-11:00PM. The first two customers charge CAD 150, and adding one extra customer charge CAD 15 per person (please mention in the additional comment section and we will send the add fee link to pay the cost).

Day 2: Vancouver - Hope – Kamloops – Valemount

Summary of The Day

Departure from Vancouver in the morning travel through beautiful Fraser River passes by the hundred years ago gold-era beautiful town – Hope Town (Stay for about 20 mins).

Then arrive at Kamloops to have lunch. Kamloops is BC’s famous Ginseng field where guests will visit the Ginseng factory for about 45 mins. Here has professional person to explain the cultivation of Ginseng and curative effect. The guests also have an opportunity to taste authentic Ginseng tea in the meantime.

Departure to Well Gray Provincial Park and visit Spahats Falls.

Stay overnight in Valemount.

Day 3: Valemount---Jasper National Park---Hinton

Summary of The Day

Visit Mount Robson in the morning, the Mount Robson is the highest mountain in the Canadian Rockies at 3954 meters above sea level.

After entering Jasper National Park then visit Maligne Canyon (Stay for about 1 hour), then go to Jasper town. Later, visit Patricia Lake and Pyramid Lake (for about 1 hour). These two lakes are lined with spectacular mountain views of the Pyramids, a popular spot for picnics, fishing and boating.

We will stay overnight in Hinton.

Day 4: Hinton - Jasper National Park - Columbia Icefield - Radium Hotsprings

Summary of The Day

Early morning access to the Athabasca Falls at the intersection of Highway 93 and Highway 93A (stay for about 45 minutes).

Then go to the Columbia Glacier (stay for about 3 hours), take the snow coach(pre-paid) and go up to the 300-meter depth of the glacial tapas of Glacier, giving you first-hand access to the ruins left over from the Second Ice Age. Next, visit the glacier skywalk next to the Columbia Icefield (pre-paid). Then head to the beautiful Peyto Lake (stay for about 30 minutes).

The town of Banff that cannot be missed at the same time (staying for about 2 hours), which is located in the heart of Banff National Park, it is the most popular tourist attraction in the Canadian Rockies.

We will stay overnight at the Radium Hot springs.

Athabasca Falls is a waterfall in Jasper National Park on the upper Athabasca River, approximately 30 kilometres south of the townsite of Jasper, Alberta, Canada, and just west of the Icefields Parkway. A powerful, picturesque waterfall, Athabasca Falls is not known so much for the height of the falls (23 metres), as it is known for its force due to the large quantity of water falling into the gorge. The river 'falls' over a layer of hard quartzite and through the softer limestone below carving the short gorge and a number of potholes. The falls can be safely viewed and photographed from various viewing platforms and walking trails around the falls.

Summary of The Day

Today, we will travel through Waterton Lake National Park and visits the Prince of Wales National Historic Site (about 15 minutes to stay). Afternoon visit Red Rock Canyon (stay about 45 minutes).

In the evenings, we will stay overnight Cochrane.

Day 6: Cochrane - Banff National Park - Yoho National Park - Vernon

Summary of The Day

We will travel to Bow River Falls and stays at Banff town for about 1 hour.

Then visit the Moraine Lake (stay for about 1 hour). Moraine Lake is recognized by the world as the most picturesque lake.

Then go to Lake Louise (stay about 1 hour) and followed by Yoho National Park, visit Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge (stay for about 1 hour). Then go to Rogers Pass in the Glacier National Park, the route was built at the Rogers Valley Gorge in 1885. The construction of the Rogers Gap has opened up the east and west of Canada and has far-reaching implications for Canada's development.

Day 7: Vernon - Kelowna - Merritt - Vancouver

Summary of The Day

In the morning, visit famous Vernon local beekeeping farm and taste different flavors of natural honey or choose the best royal jelly (for about 45 minutes). Then visit Kalamalka Lake (stay for about 10 minutes).

Then head to Kelowna, BC's hometown of fruit and go to Okanagan Lake for the Ogopogo (about 30 minutes) of the mythology of Indians, visit the prestigious VQA winery in the area, taste red, White wine and purchase of the world-famous Canadian Icewine (stay for about 1 hour), travel through Merritt for quick rest, then return to Vancouver by the end of the day.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    5. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring American passport and Green Card OR valid American and Canadian visas.

    6. In case of guests giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. are not refundable.

    7. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:   

      - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    10. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs some penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

14 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
