Day 1: Home - Vancouver

Summary of The Day

Today, we will pick you up at the YVR airport.

Meeting Point:

For Canada domestic flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area at carousel No.3

For international flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Tourist Info Desk in the airport lobby.

Day 2: Vancouver- Kamloops - Revelstoke

Summary of The Day

Departure from Vancouver in the morning travel through beautiful Fraser River and arrive at Kamloops to have lunch (at your own expense).

Kamloops is BC’s famous Ginseng field where guests will visit the Ginseng factory for about 45 mins. Here has professional person to explain the cultivation of Ginseng and curative effect. The guests also have an opportunity to taste authentic Ginseng tea in the meantime.

We will stay overnight at Revelstoke.

Day 3: Revelstoke - Columbia Icefield - Golden

Summary of The Day

In the morning, visit Jasper National Park (approx. 3 hours) and take the icefield snow coach (pre-paid) and watch the Columbia Icefields, we can personally touch glaciers and take pictures from there.

Then we will go to Skywalk (pre-paid) and enjoy the glacier valley, here is the Rocky Mountains landmark glass bridge 280 meters high.

We will stay overnight at the Golden.

Day 4: Golden - Lake Louise - Banff - Lethbridge

Summary of The Day

Departure from Golden and visit the Moraine Lake (stay for about 45 minutes). Moraine Lake is recognized by the world as the most picturesque lake.

Then go to Lake Louise (stay about 1.5 hours). Later, travels to Bow River Falls and visit Banff town.

In the evening, travel through Calgary then stay overnight at Lethbridge.

Lake Louise is a glacial lake in Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park. The lake is known for its vibrant blue-green coloration, which comes from rock flour carried into the lake by the water of the nearby melting glaciers.

Day 5: Lethbridge - West Yellowstone (including Mammoth hot springs)

Summary of The Day

Departure from Lethbridge in the morning and we will cross the border between the United States and Canada and enjoy the magnificent scenery of North America along the way. Visit Yellowstone North Gate, visit Roosevelt North Arches (stay for about 15 minutes), Mammoth hot springs (stay for about 45 minutes).

We will stay overnight at West Yellowstone town.

Day 6: Yellowstone National Park - Butte

Summary of The Day

Visit Yellowstone for whole day.

We will visit Yellowstone National Park West Gate Signs (stay for about 15 minutes), Fountain Paint Pot (stay for about 40 minutes), Midway Geyser Basin (stay for about 45 minutes), Biscuits Basin (stay for about 20 minutes), the old faithful (Stay for about 2.5 hours), Brink of Upper Falls (stay for about 30 minutes), Norris Geyser Basin (stay for about 40 minutes) and so on.

Stay overnight at Butte.

Biscuit Basin - In the Biscuit Basin area you will find a foot bridge that crosses over to the Sapphire Pool. Before the 1959 earthquake, the Sapphire Pool was a geyser that erupted to heights of 10 to 12 feet. Around the edges of the crater were biscuit-like geyerite mounds which gave Biscuit Basin its name. Before the earthquake disrupted the geysers activity, the eruptions had reached to heights of 100 feet, scattering the huge geyerite biscuits out on to the basin. Sapphire no longer erupts.

Day 7: Bute - Lake Cœur d`Alene - Ellensburg

Summary of The Day

Departure Butte and arrived fifty thousand silver dollars shop (stay for about 30 minutes). The shop opened in the highway on the 10th in 1951, the original customers are mainly lumberjacks.

Then go to the beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene (stay about 1 hour), the lake has a boat concept built in 1985, known as the world's longest pedestrian pontoon.

Stay overnight at Ellensburg.

Day 8: Ellensburg - Seattle - Vancouver

Summary of The Day

Today, we are going to visit the largest city in the state of Washington and the largest city in the Pacific Northwest. Visit the world-famous Pike Place Market (for about 30 minutes), the world's first Starbucks coffee shop and the home of Starbucks.

Then go to the famous Seattle landmark --- Space Needle (outside, stay for about 15 minutes, you can end the tour here).

Then go to Seattle Outlets (stay for about 2 hours) and enjoy the shopping.

Then return to Vancouver and end the tour.

    Tips:

    1) In Canada, you can pay in US dollars in most cases. However, you are suggested to bring cash in Canadian dollars for convenience.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    5. Guests who depart from Canada need to bring valid passport and Green Card OR valid American and Canadian visas.

    6. In case of guests giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. are not refundable.

    7. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:   

      - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    10. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs some penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    11. To be fair, the tour guide will arrange daily change of seats or pay for the first three rows of bus seats for a great location for photo taking ($ 110.00 / person for the first three rows of seats).

    12. Only one piece of large baggage and one small carrier per person, extra baggage charge US$ 35 each.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

14 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
