Day 1: Home - Vancouver

Summary of The Day

Today, we will pick you up at the YVR airport.

If you need pickup from Cruise Terminal, please wait at Pan Pacific Hotel.

For guests who join the half-day Vancouver tour will wait at the airport and depart at 13:00; the city tour will take about 3 hours (guests who take the Vancouver city tour need to pay C$10 per person too the guide )

For Canada domestic flights, you should meet the tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area at carousel No.3

For international flights, please meet the tour guide at the Information Center in Arriving Hall.

Day 2: Vancouver – Seattle – Spokane

Summary of The Day

Today we will depart from Vancouver and drive across the border to the US. 

We will first go to visit Seattle, the largest city in both the state of Washington and the Pacific Northwest region of North America.

Then visit the Leavenworth. Residents paint and refurbish many German Bavarian houses and buildings to transform the town into a typical Bavarian Village.

We will stay overnight in Spokane at night.

Day 4: Yellowstone National Park - Livingston

Summary of The Day

Today we will head to the world-famous Yellowstone National Park, the first National Park in the U.S. The park is known for its wildlife and its many geothermal features, especially Old Faithful Geyser that we are going to visit.The largest lake in the country is Yellowstone Lake, located in the heart of the Yellowstone volcano and one of the largest high-altitude lakes in North America.

Yellowstone is home to grizzly, wolves, American bison and Canadian red deer. Visit Yellowstone National Park West Gate Signs, Fountain Paint Pot, Midway Geyser Basin, Biscuits Basin, the old faithful, Brink of Upper Falls, Norris Geyser Basin and so on (attactions depend on actual traffic and weather on the tour).

Departure from Livingston in the morning and we will cross the border between the United States and Canada and enjoy the magnificent scenery of North America along the way. Then we will visit First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park.

At last, we will stay overnight at High River.

Day 6: High River - Banff - Lake Louise - Kananaskis

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will head to the Bow Falls, and Banff Town.

You could choose the Banff Gondola at your own expense to have a 360 degree overlook of the Rokies.

Then, we will visit the fairy-like Moraine Lake (subject to traffic and road conditions).

After that, we will go to Lake Louise.

Later today, we will stay overnight in the resort from the movie of Brokeback Mountain.

Day 8: Revelstoke/Salmon Arm - Kamloops - Merritt - Vancouver

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will come to local famous beehouse.

Later we come to Kamloops which is famous for its Sunmore Ginseng Factory.

At last, passing through Merritt and Hope Town, we will return to Vancouver and end the tour.

    Tips:

Reminder

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc. 

    3. Guests with Canada Permanent Resident Card need to bring valid American visa while Canadian citizens enjoy visa exemption.

    4. Guests need to have an American passport and green card or valid American visa and passport with the validity of at least 6 months; guests with American visa need to register on EVUS on your own; guests who are under 19 and sign up alone need to submit valid agreement in English from guardians. Guests who are not allowed to enter the US for lack of the mentioned documents will not be refunded. 

    5. Guests need to assemble at the departure point 5 minutes ahead of time; otherwise, please head to the next stop on your own. 

    6. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    7. Tour fees may fluctuate during holidays.

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee of $150 per person to the guide.

    10. During the peak travel season, twin room may be changed into a King room or a King room Plus Sofa bed without prior notice. 

    11. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    12. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    13. Each person is allowed to carry 1 big and 1 small suitcase during the tour, extra C$35 per luggage will be charged if you want to add.

    14. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old. No pets are allowed in the tour.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
