Summary of The Day

Today, we will get closer to the world famous Niagara Falls

On the waterfall observation deck, you can overlook the spectacular Niagara Fall during the daytime. Put on your raincoat, take the “Maid of Mist” cruise, go through three big waterfalls, toward bravely Niagara Falls all the way, abundant river like energizes came to you, just in a hazy spray, you can feel the power and momentum of the waterfall. Out of the storm circle, it is like a boat returning from a previous adventure.(If Maid of Mist closed, we will visit “IMAX movie legend”, which also can let you experience the Niagara Falls’ “thunder” and “lightning”.)

Then, we follow the guide to the foot of America Falls; Stroll Along Niagara wooden walkway, feeling the splash of spectacular waterfall.

Finally, we will have a tour in the state park, where are many amusements and small shops in the summer, and sometimes a local flea market, selling local Indian artifacts.

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and so that the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary.

    4. Adult pricing is applied to children/infant.

    5. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable. 

    6. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.

    7. It is advised to contact the local operator for confirmation one day before departure. 

    8. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

    9. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    10. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    11. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee of child price and the first and the second times should pay the fee to the guide.

    12. Guests at 18 or under 18 years old be be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.  

    13. Please the safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide can not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    14. Tour is not wheelchair accessible.

    15. The 3rd or 4th free visitors are required to notify us more than 10 days earlier if they want to cancel the trip. No-show on the departure date will be charged a fine with $130/person.

    16. The activity time and distance of the tour group are different due to actual conditions, and the company has the final interpretation right.

    17. If the weather condition, war, general strikes and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, the company reserve the right to rearrange the itinerary without refunding the tour fee.  

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
