Day 1: Vancouver - Eugene

Summary of The Day

Depart from Vancouver in the morning, we will come across the border of Canada and United States to Seattle - the largest city in Washington and the largest city in the northwestern U.S. Pacific region.

Then we will go along highway 5 through Washington state, into Oregon state and go shopping at "Woodbury Outlets"

At last, we will stay overnight in Eugene.

Day 4: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon(Self pay) - Anaheim

Summary of The Day

Today we will first head to hoover dam, the tallest in the America, early in the morning and look out over lake mead, the largest man-made lake in North America.

The grand canyon west is an Indian reservation. You can enter the canyon area and enjoy the views of the grand canyon by helicopter or sightseeing boat.

Then take the shuttle bus to the eagle cliff and the bat cliff, where you can visit the world's tallest skywalk - the "glass bridge" at the edge of the canyon and 720 degrees enjoy the grand canyon.

At last, we will get back to Las Vegas in the afternoon.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide can not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Please note that City Pass and any attraction admission tickets purchased by yourselves are not allowed in the tour.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    7. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable. 

    8. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. are not refundable.

    9. If you cancel the third and fourth discounted passengers within 1-3 business days before the tour departs, $100 (per person) penalty fee will be charged. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers will incur $200 (per person) penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    10. Admission tickets are subject to change due to season.

    11. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    12. Luggage is limited to 1 suitcase and 1 bag, and you need to pay extra $35 per suitcase.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
21-30 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-20 Days prior to tour departure date 25% of tour cost paid will be refunded
14 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
