Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Paris

Summary of The Day

On arrival at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. Free time. You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.

At the end of the evening, we provide transfer to the Montmartre district. This neighborhood is known for its painters, artists, and its cabarets… Sit down to dinner and enjoy a magical night. We will ascend by funicular to the hill and admire the spectacular view of Paris from the top.

Then go back to the hotel.

Airport Pick-up Information

1. Please provide us with your flight information at the time of booking or at least 15 days prior to your tour departures. We will arrange pick-up base on your flight arrival time. 

2. Your tour E-Voucher will have contact information of the transfer provider/ emergency contact number.

**Note: - The transfer provider in the airport will wait for a maximum of 1 hour approximately after the arrival of the flight. If you are going to delay more than expected, please contact by telephone.

- If your flight has a connection with another European city and your airline changes your flight number and times you should inform the transfer provider. Otherwise, you will have to arrange your own transfers.

Day 2: Paris

Summary of The Day

A scenic guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris. We end the visit at the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket admission included). End your visit with a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose.      

At sunset transfer to the “Quartier Latin”, a very picturesque area of the historic center where you can enjoy dinner with a wide variety of international cuisines.

Return to hotel.     

Note

Sometimes queues to climb the Eiffel Tower are long. For organizational reasons, if deemed appropriate, the climb can be made at a different moment of the day (or Monday).

Day 3: Paris - Rouen

Summary of The Day

We go to the center of Paris, to the area of the Louvre Museum. Free time. If you wish we can accompany you to Benlux, one of the most complete and best-known perfumeries in Paris. 

At around 18.00 hrs we will leave Paris for ROUEN, city museum with its houses with half-timbered walls, narrow streets and Gothic churches.

Day 4: Rouen - Canterbury - London

Summary of The Day

We will take a stroll in the centre of Rouen to admire its magnificent cathedral and photograph the ancient streets of the historic center.

After this we travel to the north of France. Next, we leave on a ferry across the English Channel to reach CANTERBURY, the religious capital of England with a very attractive historic center.

Continuation to London. On arrival in LONDON, before going to the hotel, there will be time around LONDON BRIDGE to see it lit up, to see the modern buildings of the city and have dinner in one of the restaurants of the area.

Day 5: London

Summary of The Day

Get to know LONDON on a locally guided tour featuring style, culture and history. See the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace, where we shall be able to watch the famous “Changing of the Guard” (depending on the season). 

In the afternoon, at 17hrs, after a period of free time, we invite all our travelers to a traditional Afternoon Tea.   

In the evening, a stroll through Leicester Square, China Town and Soho, with its atmosphere, its theaters and its entertainment. Sit down for dinner at your preferred restaurant (Indian, Chinese, Thai, international, and so on) in the lively district.

Day 6: London - Colchester - Ferry

Summary of The Day

After breakfast we will go to the British Museum, one of the main and oldest museums in the world.

At lunch time, we provide transfer to Camden, a district famous for having one of the most varied and extravagant street markets in London where we can see relics from cultures all around the globe. Free time. 

At around 16hrs , we will leave for COLCHESTER, known as the most ancient city of England. Time to stroll.

We will then board a modern ferry in Harwich, and take a night voyage in cabins with bathroom. 

Note

The ferry used has a limited number of cabins. Sometimes we might change the stage, leaving London at 15hrs and taking the railway tunnel under the English Channel, and spending the night in Antwerp.

Day 7: Ferry - Volendam - Amsterdam

Summary of The Day

At around eight in the morning we reach Holland (Hoek Van Holland) and we visit VOLENDAM, a very picturesque fishing village.

After this, we travel to AMSTERDAM where we include a panoramic visit of the city to see its narrow canals, the Dam Platz, its official buildings and parks. We will also see the technique of cutting diamonds. A large part of the visit will be done on foot, the information will be given through headphones. 

Time for dinner in Rembrandtplain with its many restaurants from all corners of the World, near the red light district, with its liberal values . It is very likely that you will have heard about this neighborhood.

We continue toward BERLIN, arriving at the end of the afternoon.

Summary of The Day

Ease your way into the local culture with a guided visit of Germany’s incredible capital, Berlin. We shall visit the historic centre, Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gates and the city’s magnificent parks.

We continue our visit by stopping at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Museum. This visit helps us to understand the difficult situation the city experienced during the Twentieth Century. Time to explore the city.

    3. Minors cannot travel on their own. All bookings must have a legal guardian or adult over the age of 18, unless where dictated by law.

    4. For 3 persons sharing a triple room, a mattress or sofa-cum bed will be offered for the 3rd passenger. This is subject to change based on availability at the hotels.

    5. No more than a maximum of 4 persons (including infant/child) can be accommodated in a room. 

    6. Children above 3 / under 18 must always be accompanied either by their parents or legal guardians, or with written confirmation signed by them which authorizes the child to travel with a given adult who assumes complete responsibility for the child.

    7. For Infants under the age of 3 years, there will be a mandatory charge applicable (for seat in coach only). Please contact our sales staff before making the reservation. If you are a family of 4 people travelling and one of the members is under 3 years old, your reservation will be in a triple room but please, take into account that in most hotels in Europe, the maximum number of people accepted per room is 3, including the baby under 3 years old so, in these cases, we strongly recommend reserving 2 double rooms.

    8. The transportation provided is overland and is made by coach, with the size of the vehicle being adapted according to the number of passengers. If the number of registered participants on a circuit is very low, in order to fulfill our commitment of “Guaranteed Departures”, local operator may provide as a transport a private vehicle or minivan driven by our guide. Likewise, a section of the trip could be undertaken by regular train, airplane, bus or cruise, in which case, customers will not be assisted by an accompanying tour guide. On numerous routes, there will be one or more changes of coach / guide during the tour.

    9. It is very important that travelers check the place of departure on their voucher. No shows at that place on the date and time confirmed can involve losing the purchased services without any right to a refund of the same, with a lack of punctuality incurring the same consequences, both at the beginning of a tour and during the course of the same.

    10. Wheelchairs is not available on the transportation.

    11. The luggage allowed for each passenger on our tours is limited to one piece of a maximum of 30 kg. It is allowed to take a bag or day-pack (without wheels) in the coach cabin, although the passenger is responsible for their custody. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure the safety of their luggage & belongings at all times, especially in public areas. The tour operator/tour guide/coach driver, cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings while on tour.

    12. The per person price includes USD $120 non-refundable tour deposit fee.

    13. A passport valid for six months beyond the length of stay and issued within the past 10 years is required to be carried by all nationals. 

    14. We highly suggest all customer to book your flights tickets only after you receive your tour E-Voucher. Globerouter will not be responsible for any flight cancellation/change charges incase of any changes before final confirmation. 

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

2. Modify an order

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
