Day 1: Home - Boston

Summary of The Day

Upon arrival at Logan International Airport (BOS), our tour guide will meet guests at the Baggage Claim area.

The guide will arrange your shuttle to the hotel accordingly.

Airport Pickup Information

1.Complimentary airport group pick-up service is provided at 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

You may need to wait for other passengers.

2. Paid 24-hour pick-up service is also available for $120 per first two persons with $10 for each additional person.

3. Chinatown pick-up location is available, and passengers can be picked up by our free shuttle bus. Please provide your boarding time in advance.

Day 2: Boston - Brown University - The Breakers Mansion

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we are heading to New Haven. We will first take a guided tour in Brown University with professional tour guide of the university.

Then we will walk along Thayer Street, a popular destination for students of the area's nearby schools of Brown University and others, for its vintage clothing shops, bookstores, music shops and cafes.

Later, we will visit Little Italy and take a bite of the No. 1 dessert ranked on TripAdvisor – Pastiche Fine Desserts at your own expense.

The last stop of the day will be the Breakers Mansion

The Cape Cod National Seashore is a popular beach destination with easy access to the coastline and 40 miles (64 km) of sandy beaches, both public and private. In the morning, we will take the Nature Cruise or local ecological lobster boats, learning about the local wild marine animals.

And then we will down to the local oldest Baltic seaport: Bar Harbor. Have a great time in the town. enjoy the food as well.

Day 6: Boston - Home

Summary of The Day

The trip will start in the city of Cambridge where we will visit Harvard University.

Later, we will take pictures with the main academic building inside MIT.

Another fun will begin as soon as you board the cruise ship and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Boston harbor

Booking Info

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and so that the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary.

    4. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable. 

    5. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.

    6. It is advised to contact the local operator for confirmation one day before departure. 

    7. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    10. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee of child price and the first and the second times should pay the fee to the guide.

    11. Children at 18 or under 18 years old be be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.  

    12. Please the safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide can not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    13. Tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-30 Days prior to tour departure date 75% of tour cost paid will be refunded
08-14 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
