Day 1: Arrival in Edmonton

Summary of The Day

Upon your arrival in Edmonton, you can take the airport shuttle bus to Premium Outlet, which offers more 100 brands. (The luggage can be stored in Customer Center). The shuttle is at Exit 8 (to airport arrival hall), departing every 30 mins.

Day 2: Edmonton - Jasper – Maligne Lake – Maligne Canyon

Summary of The Day

In the morning, meet the tour guide at the hotel lobby and then depart for Jasper Town.

Our first stop is Maligne Lake, where you can take the Maligne Lake Cruise (at your own expense).

Then we will visit Maligne Canyon, where we will stay for about 30 minutes. 

Tonight, we will be stay overnight at Jasper Town.

Maligne Lake Cruise operation time: end of May - beginning of Oct.

Maligne Lake is located in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. It is famed for the vibrancy color of its water, the surrounding peaks, the three glaciers visible from the lake and Spirit Island. The lake is located 44 km south of Jasper town and is accessible by motor vehicle, including shuttle buses from Jasper. Boat tours run to Spirit Island in the spring to the autumn season.

Day 3: Jasper – Athabasca Falls – Columbia Icefield – Bow Lake – Peyto Lake

Summary of The Day

Today, we will depart from Jasper and travel through Columbia Icefield to Banff.

First, we will go to Athabasca Falls,

And then, we will take Icefield Parkway to Columbia Icefield (approx. 3.5-hour stay), where you can take the Ice Explorer ( optional, approx. 90 mins) and Glacier Skywalk ( optional, approx. 60 mins) at your own expense.

Later, we will visit Bow Lake.

After a 20-min stay, we will then arrive at the Peyto Lake.If Peyto Lake is closed, we will visit WaterFowl Lake

Athabasca Falls

Athabasca Falls (approx. 30 mins)

Athabasca Falls is a waterfall in Jasper National Park on the upper Athabasca River, approximately 30 kilometres south of the townsite of Jasper, Alberta, Canada, and just west of the Icefields Parkway. A powerful, picturesque waterfall, Athabasca Falls is not known so much for the height of the falls (23 metres), as it is known for its force due to the large quantity of water falling into the gorge. The river 'falls' over a layer of hard quartzite and through the softer limestone below carving the short gorge and a number of potholes. The falls can be safely viewed and photographed from various viewing platforms and walking trails around the falls.

Bow Lake is a small lake in western Alberta, Canada. It is located on the Bow River, in the Canadian Rockies, at an altitude of 1920 m. It is one of the lakes that line the Icefields Parkway in Banff National Park and Jasper National Park, other such lakes being Hector Lake, Lake Louise, Peyto Lake, Mistaya Lake, Waterfowl Lakes, Chephren Lake and Sunwapta Lake.

Peyto Lake is a glacier-fed lake in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies. The lake itself is easily accessed from the Icefields Parkway. It was named for Bill Peyto, an early trail guide and trapper in the Banff area. The lake is formed in a valley of the Waputik Range, between Caldron Peak, Peyto Peak and Mount Jimmy Simpson, at an elevation of 1,860 m.

Day 4: Banff National Park

Summary of The Day

Today, we will explore Canada's oldest national park - Banff national park.

We will visit Sulphur Mountain (approx. 90 mins) where guests will have a chance to take a Gondola Ride (optional, at your own expense) to the top of Sulphur Mountain. 

In addition, we will visit Johnston Canyon (approx. 60-min stay), Bow Falls (approx. 15-min stay), Surprise Corner (approx. 15-min stay) and Hoodoos (approx. 15-min stay).

Then, you can enjoy Banff at your pace and explore a myriad of galleries, trendy shops, and boutiques.

The falls are located near the Banff Springs Hotel and golf course on the left-hand side of River Road. The falls are within walking distance of both Banff and the Banff Springs Hotel so they are visited by a large number of tourists despite their relatively small size.

Day 5: Lake Louise - Yoho National Park - Calgary

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will go to visit Lake Louise (approx. 120-min stay) in Banff National Park. We will spend more time enjoying the picturesque views there and then continue to Moraine Lake/Ten Peak Vally (approx. 45-min stay).

After that, we will head to Yoho National Park. Passing by Spiral Tunnel, we will then arrive at Emerald Lake (approx. 20-min stay). 

Afterward, we will move to Natural Bridge (approx. 15-min stay).

Then, we will drive to Calgary.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Child pricing applies to children aged 0-15.

    4. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    5. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    6. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage will be charged additional fees.

    7. Optional tours and meals can only be booked at the time of booking.

    8. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    9. Waiting time of pick-up service: within 90 minutes upon arrival of international flights; within 60 minutes upon arrival of domestic flights. Guests who arrive late and still need pick-up service will be charged again. In case of cancellation or change of flights, guests need to contact with the local tour operator at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time of flights.

    10. Due to peak travel season, additional hotel accommodation is subject to availability and prices may fluctuate. Please enquire at the time of booking.

    11. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    12. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
