Welcome to Calgary and you will start your wonderful trip!

Free airport pick-up service provided, please provide the flight information at least 7 days prior to departure and choose A or B airport transfer to the hotel:

Day 2: Calgary - Cave and Basin National Historic Site - Banff National Park - Banff Town

Summary of The Day

Driving on the #1HWY, we are heading to the Canadian Rockies, one the best tourism Countries by ”The Lonely Planet” in 2017.

After around 100-min drive, we will arrive at the Banff National park. Our first stop is Sulphur Mountain, where guests can take the Gondola ride (optional,) to

enjoy the panoramic view of the splendid Rocky Mountains.

Then, we wonder around at Cave and Basin National Historic Site (admission for free, before 15 May, it will be replaced by HOODOOS) to know about the history of this National Park.

After Lunch, we go to the Bow Falls, Surprise Corner, followed by Johnston Canyon.

In the evening, we will drive to Banff Town and and you can choose to enjoy a bath at Banff Uper Hot Spring( approx. C$10 per person) or leisure activities before bed time.

Located in the Rocky Mountains, 110–180 kilometres west of Calgary in the province of Alberta, Banff encompasses 6,641 square kilometres of mountainous terrain, with numerous glaciers and ice fields, dense coniferous forest, and alpine landscapes. The Icefields Parkway extends from Lake Louise, connecting to Jasper National Park in the north. Banff National Park: Bow Falls & Surprise Corner (approx. 30 mins)

Bow Falls (approx. 15 mins) - is a major waterfall on the Bow River, Alberta just before the junction of it and the Spray River. The falls are located near the Banff Springs Hotel and golf course on the left-hand side of River Road. The falls are within walking distance of both Banff and the Banff Springs Hotel so they are visited by a large number of tourists despite their relatively small size.

Surprise Corner (approx. 15 mins) - This scenic viewpoint in Banff National Park, though unmarked, is locally known as the best place to get views of the famous Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel and the beautiful scenery that surrounds it.

Day 3: Banff Town - Jasper National Park

Summary of The Day

Departing from Hotel, passing by Crowfoot Mt., we will have a short stop at "Bow Lake", the "Num-ti-jah Inn", which tells the story of the Rocky Mountain Legend Guide Gimmi Thompson family.

Then, we will drive along the Icefields Parkway.

At noon, we will dine at Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre (lunch buffet is at your own expense)

In the afternoon, we start our the adventure at Jasper National Park: you’ll travel on a massive Ice Explorer (snowcoach) to a place where you can walk on, feel and drink from the Athabasca Glacier. Then, take a jaw-dropping walk along the glass-floored Glacier Skywalk and step high above Sunwapta Valley.

Afterwards, we will see the Athabasca Falls.

At last, we will drive to the Jasper Town, where we stay over tonight.

Day 4: Jasper National Park - Banff Town

Summary of The Day

Departing from Jasper Hotel. Passing through the Medicine Lake, We will be reach Maligne Lake (seasonal, will be replaced by Pyramid Lake if unavailable), you can choose to take the Maligne Lake Cruise (subject to availability). Then we see the Sprite Island before we reach the wonderful Maligne Canyon at about 11:30 AM.

At noon, we will dine in in the special Asia Restaurant.

Then we go southwards with a short stop at the crossing (seasonal, will be replaced by Waterfowl Lakes if unavailable) for 10 mins and visit the beautiful Peyto Lake. (seasonal, will be replaced by Vermilion Lakes if unavailable)

At last, we will head to Banff Town and stay overnight there.

Maligne Lake

Maligne Lake - a lake in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. It is famed for the colour of its water, the surrounding peaks, the three glaciers visible from the lake and Spirit Island, a frequently photographed islet. The lake is located 44 km (27 mi) south of Jasper town, and is accessible by motor vehicle, including shuttle buses from Jasper. Boat tours run to Spirit Island in the spring to autumn season. The 44 km Skyline Trail, Jasper's most popular, highest and above treeline, multi-day hike, begins at Maligne Lake and finishes near the town of Jasper. Other popular day hikes include the Opal Hills and Bald Hills loops. Winter activities include cross-country skiing.

Spirit Island - Spirit Island is a tiny tied island in Maligne Lake in Jasper National Park. This landmark is the destination of boat trips across Maligne Lake, a view many people associate with the Canadian Rockies. Spirit Island enjoys worldwide reputation, and is one of the most famous and photographed views of the Canadian Rockies. Maligne Lake boat cruises offer close views of the island.

Day 5: Banff Town - Banff National Park - Yoho National Park - Calgary

Summary of The Day

Departing from the Hotel at about 9:30 AM, we will head west, passing Castle Mountain, to Lake Louise (approx. 90-min stay). Against the Victoria Glacier and the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Lake Louise is the most popular sight among the tourists.

At noon, we could enjoy the wonderful Alberta Steak Meal (at your own expense)

After lunch, we arrive at the Moraine Lake (seasonal opening/replacement: Two Jack Lake and Lake Minnewanka ). Set in the rugged Valley of the Ten Peaks, Moraine Lake is surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, and rock piles.

Then, passing through Spiral tunnel, we will see the Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge.

We will be back to Calgary around 6:30PM-7:00PM (subject to traffic and weather conditions).

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. According to BC Government's law, the infants under 2 years old must be served a seat and you should bring safety seat by yourselves.

    7. For the sake of fairness, the tour guide will arrange the seats every day.

    8. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage will be charged additional $35 per baggage.

    9. Guests are not allowed to smoke in hotels, otherwise they will be fined at least $350.

    10. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring American passport or Green Card, or bring valid American and Canadian visas.

    11. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    12. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:  

      - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

      How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
