Join us on a fun and relaxing Napa Valley Wine Tour on one of our luxury coaches. During our full day tour from San Francisco, you will visit renowned Napa Valley and Sonoma Wineries for tasting, learn about winemaking techniques, and shop for wines and souvenirs in local shops. Taste the finest wines of Napa Valley, have lunch and shop in Yountville or Sonoma Square Plaza, depending on traffic and time, and enjoy the picturesque drive over the Golden Gate Bridge through fantastic Napa Wine Country on our wine country tour.


Napa and Sonoma are world-famous for their fine wine and beautiful scenery. Learn about wine from our expert guides as you travel north to California’s Premiere wine country. You’ll learn the area’s history of wine making, from the early Spanish missionaries who brought grapevines from Europe to the Forty-Niners who served wines in their saloons. Then tour wineries and see how grapes are picked, crushed, blended and bottled; walk through beautiful vineyards with your tour guide and then taste the finished product. There will also be time for lunch at Historical Sonoma Square or Vintage 1870 in the heart of Napa. 


Once you reach the historic wine regions, you'll visit a mix of boutique and large-scale wineries as you drive through the scenic region.

    5. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable.
    6. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. are not refundable.
    7. You are advised to confirm with local tour operators one day ahead of the tour.
    8. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).
    9. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.
    10. The attractions may be subject to change on November 28, December 25, January 1 and other special days.
    11. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.
    12. The child price only applies to children from 5-11 years old. Infant 0-4 years old free of charge.
    13. We highly suggest all customer to book your flights tickets only after you receive your tour E-Voucher. Globerouter will not be responsible for any flight cancellation/change charges in case of any changes before final confirmation.
    14. Complimentary hotel pick-up is available for select San Francisco hotels with confirmation from our reservations staff.
    15. Please contact the local operator 72 hours prior to tour date to confirm your exact departure time or hotel pick up.
    16. Please bring your paper or electronic voucher with you on the day of your tour to be redeemed upon check in at our tour office.
    17. Winery locations and itinerary may change due to traffic or a previously booked special event at the location.
    18. Buses are air conditioned and the size of the bus depends on the number of passengers booked for that particular day.
    19. Minimum age for wine tasting is 21 years.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-30 Days prior to tour departure date 75% of tour cost paid will be refunded
08-14 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
