Reminder
1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and so that the best quality of services to all travelers.
2. The sequence of itinerary , travel time , tour departure / drop-off points mentioned are subject to change without prior notice based on departure date, weather, driving conditions, etc.
3. The tour operator reserves the right to change itinerary and prices without prior notice.
4. Please provide your flight details at least 7 days prior to the departure.
5. The hotel check-in is available after 3pm
6. Child rate is applied to the child under 12 years old and sharing the beds with 2 adult.
7. All the guests have to stay with the group at all time. If absent, a person will be charged $60/per day.
8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.
9. Please ensure the safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
10. Tour is not wheelchair accessible.
11. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
12. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable.
13. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.
14. It is advised to contact the local operator for confirmation one day before departure.
15. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).
16. It is highly recommended that passengers book the flights after receiving the confirmed documents (voucher). Globerouter will not be responsible for any flight cancellation/change charges incase of any changes before final confirmation.
17. Baggage allowance in Asia and China are restricted to 20kg (44lbs.), and one carry on baggage with dimensions not exceeding 22" X 14" X 9" per person. On transpacific flights, economy class baggage allowance of up to 2 suitcases with each dimensions not exceeding 29" X 20" X 10". However, porterage for only one piece of baggage id included.
18. During the trip, you may be served by professional tour guide at each city, and/or a professional tour escort.
Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy
1. Cancel or change an order
The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order
1) Reducing the number of travelers
2) Canceling the entire order
3) Change to a different tour
* Possible only 46 days prior to the tour departure date.
* Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.
4) Rescheduling tour departure date
* This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 20 days or lesser.
* Subject to availability of seats
* Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

2. Modify an order
Charges to modify an order apply for the following:
1) For requests to add more number of travelers
* Subject to availability of seats.
2) For requests to change to a different tour
* Possible only 46 days prior to the tour departure date.
* Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.
3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date
* This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 20 days or lesser.
* Subject to availability of seats.
* Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.
4) For requests to change name of passengers
* This request will be accepted until 7 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes
1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.
2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.
3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.
4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.
5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
