Day 1: Montreal - Old Quebec -Montmorency Falls –Ice hotel

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will take a sightseeing tour of Old Québec, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can snap some pics of the Château Frontenac, Dufferin Terrace, the Citadel, the Parliament Building, the Plains of Abraham, and the Fortifications. 

Next we wll climb to the top of Observatoire de la Capitale” (own expense) for a 360° view of the snow-covered city. Wander through the enchanting Quartier Petit-Champlain and Place-Royale neighbourhoods.

We will head to Montmorency Falls Park (own expense) to admire the winter landscape at noon.

Then we can visit Ice Hotel to admire the unique sculpture.

You also have chance to experience one of the world's largest winter carnivals in Québec City (2/7/2020 – 2/16/2020).

In the evening, you will taste the traditional Québec cuisine available at the local restaurants. 

In addition, you will experience a thrilling 130-year-old winter tradition and toboggan down the slide at Dufferin Terrace, and also can taste the beer of the local microbreweries.

Day 2: Old Quebec -Montreal

Summary of The Day

Free time in the morning

Pickup at noon. You can visit Wendake (own expense) if you are interest in Aboriginal culture. This traditional Huron site located at Onhoüa Chetek8e and Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations is a recreation of a Québec Aboriginal village. 

Experience the Magic of Christmas, in the beauty of Old Québec. Québec City’s German Christmas Market, an unforgettable moment to spend with friends or family, in a beautiful illuminated décor. (11/20-12/23 Per year).

We will leave Quebec at 5:00 pm, and arrive in Montreal around 8:30 pm. 


Take a walk through historic Old Wendake, home of Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Church and its treasures. Construction of the original church began in 1730. It was designated a National Historic Site by Heritage Canada in 1981.

No visit to Wendake would be complete without a stop at the Onhoüa Chetek8e Traditional Huron Site. This authentic reconstruction of a Huron village is a window onto the history, traditions, and way of life of the Huron-Wendat Nation.

German Christmas Market in Quebec (11/20-12/23 Per year)

The German Christmas Market is a magical place that comes to life in the heart of Old Québec, a few weeks before Christmas. It is a market designed to recreate as closely as possible the atmosphere of the big European Christmas markets and to offer you a unique and unforgettable experience.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather,

    3. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets

    to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have

    to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    4. Please ensure the safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide

    cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    5. Tour is not wheelchair accessible.

    6. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary

    changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    7. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the

    right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable.

    8. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels,

    transportation etc. is not refundable.

    9. It is advised to contact the local operator for confirmation one day before departure.

    10. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 10 days or lesser.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
20 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 80% of tour cost paid will be refunded
20 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 10 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 03 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
