Day 1: Barcelona

Day 2: Barcelona Day Tour

Summary of The Day

Breakfast at the hotel. Half-day sightseeing tour around Barcelona that will allow you to discover the history of the city while visiting some of the most important places in a comfortable and easy way.

The first part of the visit consists in a guided walking tour through the small and narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter, the oldest part of the city. During this early visit we will see Las Ramblas, de Cathedral Square, The Cathedral (free time to visit the Cathedral by yourself), the Old Jewish Quarter, among other interesting places.

Later we will take our bus to start with a panoramic tour around the rest of the city. We will pass through the elegant Passeig de Gràcia Street, where there are located two of the most important Gaudi’s buildings (Casa Batlló and Casa Milà “la Pedrera”), the Triumph Arc, the Olympic Village and the Olympic Port.

For the next part of the visit we will access to the Montjuic Mountain. This is an important place because was the main scenery of the Olympic Games in the 1992. We will see the Olympic stadium from the bus and later we will have the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic views of the city riding the aerial tramway (subject to the weather conditions).

For the next part we will go to the Spanish Village (Poble Espanyol) that consist in a synthesis of all the cultural variety in Spain. During the visit you will be given some free time to enjoy the different areas inspired in different Spanish regions, where you will find craft shops restaurants and bars.

At the end, back to the bus, we will leave Montjuic and come back to the city centre passing through España square, the twin Venetian towers, the MNAC and the Shopping centre Las Arenas, build in an old bullring. We will arrive to Catalunya square, and we will end up the tour. 

Afternoon is at leisure to enjoy this wonderful city and surroundings. Accommodation at the hotel.

January to March (dates to be confirmed) the cable car doesn't work due to revision tasks, this service will be replaced by a tapas tasting in Spanish Village.

Day 3: Barcelona - Madrid

Day 4: Madrid - Cordoba - Seville

Summary of The Day

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart to Seville via Cordoba. Drive southward along La Mancha, Don Quixote’s land. Brief stop at typical site in Puerto Lapice. Cross through the natural border of “Despeñaperros” and get into Andalusia, a region for itself that shows an enormous heritage from a splendorous past.

Reach Cordoba.

Impressive tour of its Mosque and other sites that will ease our mind and spirit strolling through its narrow winding streets of the Jewish Quarter.

In the afternoon, after a short two hours ride reach Seville.

Day 5: Seville City Tour

Summary of The Day

Breakfast at the hotel. 

Morning panoramic city tour visiting: the exterior of the Cathedral (the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peters in Rome), Santa Cruz quarter (a natural scenario of “Carmen” as well as a precisely where the myth of “Don Juan” developed), Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España.

Afternoon at leisure for you to discover exclusive views, specific flavors of this active full of light city.

Afterwards, you can choose to have a Flamenco Tour (Optional).

Day 6: Seville - Ronda - Costa Del Sol

Summary of The Day

After breakfast at the hotel drive south passing typical villages. Reach Ronda; time at leisure to admire this town of Celtic origin and the marvelous view of the valley and mountain range. 

Continue on to the Costa del Sol, one of the most modern and important international tourist areas.

Day 8: Granada - Toledo - Madrid

Summary of The Day

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive northward where it emerges, toward the sky of Castilla and surrounded by the Tagus River, the impressive Imperial city of Toledo – World Heritage City - where the three cultures Christians, Moorish and Jewish, have lived together. Resume of the Spanish art, history and spirituality the whole town is a National Monument.

Short guided tour of this historical old town through its narrow streets. Then proceed with a visit to a famous “Damasquinado” (gold and silver inlaying in iron) factory.

Reminder

    4. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable. 

    5. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.

    6. It is advised to contact the local operator for confirmation one day before departure. 

    7. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Please ensure the safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    10. Tour is not wheelchair accessible.

    11. The triple rooms or cabins are generally double rooms in which one or two beds are added,  which usually are a sofa-bed or a  folding bed, except in certain establishments where instead of additional beds, they use two larger beds.

    12. The warehouse space of the coaches is limited and this conditions the maximum of baggage authorized by passenger in our circuits: one suitcase per person of a maximum of 25 kilos and maximum measures of 157 cm dimensions (the dimensional measurement of a suitcase is The sum of length, width and height). Only suitcases of higher measures will be accepted if they are shared between two passengers.

    13. The child price only applies to children under 8. 

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

4) For requests to change name of passengers

* This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
