Day 1: Hometown – San Francisco

Your fun-filled tour to discover top sights and attractions begins as soon as your flight lands at the airport.

Enjoy a hassle-free arrival transfer and relax on the journey to your hotel! A professional driver will pick you up at the airport.

Day 2: UC Berkeley - San Francisco City Tour

Summary of The Day

We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides.

We visit the Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts, and Fisherman's Wharf.

Here you can take an optional cruise on the San Francisco Bay (own expense) and explore the Madame Tussaud. You may take an in-depth city tour at your own cost this afternoon.

UC Berkeley – SF City Tour

We will visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. It also celebrates "The Spirit of San Francisco" with wax figures of local artists, musicians, and activists from the city's past.

San Francisco Dungeon - The San Francisco Dungeon is a tourist attraction which recreates historical events using 360° sets, special effects, and live actors. Visitors walk through the Dungeon, and are guided through each show by professional actors. The attraction also contains a dark boat ride. The San Francisco Dungeon was opened in June 2014, following the success of its European counterparts which include the London Dungeon and the Amsterdam Dungeon.

After lunch, we'll travel across Central Valley of California, where over half of the fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in country are produced every year.

In the evening we'll return to Los Angeles.

Our next stop will be Melrose Ave. Boutiques (Most Instagrammable Walls and Street Art): Melrose really began to rise in the 1980's. It was a fast-moving time of trendy punk rock fashion, big hair. In the afternoon, we will visit Grand Central Market: Grand Central Market opened in 1917 and has been in continuous operation since. Bunker Hill, to the west, was covered with stately Victorian mansions, and the area's stylish residents rode down on Angels Flight to shop for groceries in the Market's open air arcade.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Guests who want to know the information about the tour guide can confirm with the local tour operator by phone one day before the departure date.

    5. If you cancel the third and fourth discounted passengers within 1-3 business days before the tour departs, $100 (per person) penalty fee will be charged. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers will incur $200 (per person) penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    6. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. 

    7. Hotel rates may fluctuate during the peak travel season.

    8. If you give up San Francisco city tour and choose a free day tour, you will be charged $30 per person and you still need to pay $45 for Mandatory Tour in SF.

    9. During the peak travel season, twin room may be changed into a King room or a King room Plus Sofa bed without prior notice. 

    10. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old. No pets are allowed in the tour.

    11. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    12. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    13. Guests who sign up for Grand Canyon West Rim at the time of booking and then give up upon arrival due to personal reasons will be charged $30 per person for Las Vegas Free Day.

    14. Selfie sticks are prohibited in Disneyland. Guests are required to leave the device in their car or hotel room prior to their arrival, or store them for free at Guest Storage, available at the main entrance of all Parks.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

4) For requests to change name of passengers

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
