Day 2: Amish Village – Corning Museum of Glass – Watkins Glen State Park

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will head north to Amish Farm. They are a group of traditionalist Christian church fellowships with Swiss Anabaptist origins. Amish are known for simple living, but reluctance to adopt many conveniences of modern technology. We will take a tour around the Amish Farm and House to learn more of their daily life.

In the afternoon, we are heading to Corning Glass Museum - in western New York-which is dedicated to the history, art, and science behind glassmaking. Next, we will visit Watkins Glen in New York State which is an amazing canyon with more than 20 waterfalls.

Amish Farm is the first educational farm museum dedicated to the Amish culture. You can learn about Amish culture on a tour of their 15-acre farm. The farm includes a lime kiln, a bake oven, a summer kitchen, a smoke house, a milk house, a chicken house, an herb garden, a windmill and waterwheels, and a milking cow for the kids. Apart from a number of farm animals in their barn and meadows, you’ll also find various artisans and vendors displaying their crafts at the Amish Farm and House.

Day 3: Niagara Falls (US Side)

We are going to see the renowned Niagara Falls. Overlooking American Fall, the Horseshoe Fall and the Bridal Veil Fall, you will be astounded by the deafening roar of the falls. It’s the combination of height and volume that makes Niagara Falls so beautiful.

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    10. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    12. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

What is the baggage policy?

We recommended our passengers travel light, carry only essential items. Most coaches permit 1 big bag + 1 carry on item per person (Size specification as per International Airline Guidelines).

How are meals arranged on the tours? Will there be a vegetarian food option?

Meals are not part of the package. The tour guide will be arranging food stops at local restaurants, fast food restaurants or food courts where passengers can purchase their own meals. Food stops will also offer options for vegan/ vegetarian food.
