Day 1: Toronto – Kingston – Ottawa – Montreal (approx. 400 Miles / 7 Hours)

Summary of The Day

In the early morning, we will depart from Toronto, passing through Kingston, which was originally established as a fort back in 1673. We'll see a historic Canadian locomotive, government buildings and pass by the Royal Military College, the Queen's University and the residence of the first Prime Minister of Canada.

We will then proceed to Ottawa, the capital of Canada, where we will visit the Parliament Hill (outside view), Ottawa River, Rideau Canal, and the Canadian Museum of Civilization (optional).

You'll also have the opportunity to stop at the Canadian War Museum (optional) to enjoy one of the best military history museums in the world.

After that, we will visit Sussex Drive, where a number of embassies are located as well as the Canadian Prime Minister's home and Rideau Hall.

During the evening, we will arrive in Montreal and you can explore the city's exciting nightlife.

Day 2: Montreal – Quebec ( approx. 255km/2.5hrs)

Summary of The Day

Today we will head towards St. Joseph's Oratory (inside visit costs donation of CAD$5 per person) and Notre-Dame Basilica (inside visit costs donation of CAD$6 per person). **We will not be allowed to visit if there are any large-scale events in the midst of a Sunday mass or in the church

Afterwards, we will arrive at the Olympic Park in Montreal and you may take an optional tour there to visit Montreal tower (optional).

We'll then travel to the Olympic Stadium ("The Big O", optional, admission not included), a multi-purpose stadium in Canada, located at Olympic Park of Montreal.

*In the event of the annual maintenance of venues closed, it will be changed to the Montreal Botanical Garden (optional)*

After lunch, we'll head to another French-speaking city - Quebec, where you can visit the Quebec Tower (optional) and Old Quebec City.

Day 3: Quebec City – Thousand Islands (approx. 510km/ 4.5hrs) – Toronto (approx. 285km/ 2.5hrs)

Summary of The Day

Summer schedule (apply when Thousand Islands Cruise is available)

We will leave Quebec for the Thousand Islands in the morning where we will board a Thousand Islands Cruise (at your own expense; *the time is subject to actual weather condition). You will see the historic Boldt Castle on Heart Island too.

At dusk, we will arrive in Toronto and conclude our exciting tour.

Winter Schedule (apply when Thousand Islands Cruise is CLOSED)

In the morning, you can join an optional Dog Sledding tour (available from Mid December)

Then, we will head towards the Thousand Islands where you can have a chance to join a Helicopter tour (at your own expense; *the time is subject to actual weather condition).

At dusk, we will arrive in Toronto and conclude our exciting tour.

The return time to Toronto is around 19:30-20:00, which is an estimate, it may vary based on the weather and traffic conditions.

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc. 

    3. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the Itinerary accordingly

    4. Price is subject to fluctuate due to CAD exchange rate.

    5. If the number of tour travelers is less than 25, departure date may change. We will inform you ahead of 3 or 4 days before departure and we reserve the right of cancel the tour.

    6. All VIP seats need to be reserved and payed at the time of booking, so the first 4 rows will be guaranteed for you.

    7. Guests who depart from US need to bring American passport and Green Card OR correct American and Canadian visas.

    8. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    9. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements has been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:    

       - US permanent residents (with a green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departure from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online , and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD $ 7. ETA can be valid for 5 years.

    10. No smoking in all hotels. Violators will incur $ 300- $ 350 penalty fee.

    11. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    12. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    13. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-30 Days prior to tour departure date 75% of tour cost paid will be refunded
08-14 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
