Day 1: Home – New York Airport

For Domestic Flights: Upon arrival, you need to wait at the Baggage Claim Area

For International Flights: Wait at the exit gate after immigration and baggage pick-up

Only Guests who arrival at Terminal #7 of JFK Airport need to wait at the exit gate.

【Self­guided tour in Flushing】: Flushing is a safe and booming Asian commercial and retail area with many shopping and dining options. You will experience the distinctive Asian-American culture in a short time. After the tour, guests will be sent to the hotel and check in.


Guests who arrive at EWR Airport before 12:00pm will be transferred to Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall for brand name shopping.


Guests who arrive at JFK/LGA Airport after 5:00pm / at EWR Airport after 12:00pm will be directly transferred to the hotel.

Day 2: New York City Tour

Summary of The Day

At a first glance, travelling around the entire of New York City seems like the mission impossible; however, our highly organized tour is especially designed for you to feel the core spirit of the New York, by visiting amounts of famous landmarks and museums to learn more of its unique history, and shopping in the world top-brand boutiques!

By stepping up to the Empire State Building, guests could overlook the beautiful view of the central park and the entire of New York City. Also, Guests will have a chance to take a sightseeing cruise on the Hudson River to enjoy the city from a totally different view, as well as take pictures with the backdrops of Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge.

In addition, USS INTREPID, the national heritage that costs $120 million, is reopen for visitors. Concorde supersonic airliner and a variety of aircrafts will be all in the exhibition for the guests to visit. Wandering around the world's famous financial and securities trading center – Wall Street, taking pictures with the symbol of New York Stock Exchange - Charging Bull, and visiting Trinity Church, Times Square, Madame Tussauds'. Of course, we will not miss the famous Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Summer Schedule: starts when D.C. Cruise is open to the public

We will leave for Philadelphia where known as the birthplace of American democracy. At the Independence National Historical Park, tour guide will arrange a free time for guests to walk around.

Inside the Independence Hall, you will have a special moment of standing exactly where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed.

You also won't miss the Liberty Bell, the Statue of Washington, Congress Hall, and other great attractions! Take pictures, and even better, add a smile!

Then, we will head to Washington D.C. By stepping onto Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam and Korean War Memorials, the coach takes you in town passing by the splendid Washington Monument and Jefferson's Memorial. The National Air and Space Museum of the Smithsonian Institution, located in the area called National Mall, holds the largest collection of historic aircraft and spacecraft in the world in 161,145 square feet of exhibition floor space.

Summer Schedule: starts when the Maid of the Mist is open to the public

We will arrive at Corning Museum of Glass around the noon. Guests here will be invited to enjoy the Hot Glass Show which is performed by professional glass technicians.

After the lunch, we will arrive at the world renowned Niagara Falls. Here, guests can overlook the deafening roar of the American Falls, the Horseshoe Falls and the Bridal Veil Falls! Take the voyage on the famous "Maid of the Mist"(closed in winter) boat and face-to-face with the pounding waters. Absolutely, you will like the "Niagara: Legends of Adventure", a dramatic 45-minute IMAX Movie.

Afterwards, you can choose either:

A. to self-explore the Falls Park till return the hotel,

OR

B. to take Niagara Falls In-depth Tour

This interesting and exciting tour includes two popular attractions: the magnificent natural wonder - Niagara Whirlpool State Park and the U.S. historic landmark - Old Fort Niagara. The Niagara Whirlpool’s greatest depth is 125 feet. It is estimated the whirlpool formed approximately 4,200 years ago by the upstream erosion of the Niagara escarpment by Niagara River. Old Fort Niagara is a rich historic landmark; it spans more than 300 years. Its commanding presence on the great lake caused it to play a critical role in the French and Indian War, the American Revolution and the War of 1812. The gorgeous Lake Ontario lies behind the Fort. (The completeness of night view on certain summer evenings may be limited or not available due to late sunset time and US Federal Government regulations on driving hours.)

Then we will return to the hotel.

Day 5: Upstate New York – Boston

We will cross the upstate New York and leave for Boston when you enjoy the magnificent view of the Erie Canal and mountains on our comfortable tour bus.

In the afternoon, we will arrive in the city of Cambridge, MA and visit the Harvard University. Here, you will find Harvard's oldest campus and take pictures with the statue of John Harvard, known as the "Statue of Three Lies". Also, we'll have a chance to take pictures with the backdrop of MIT's main buildings.

Then we will go to visit John F. Kennedy Presidential Museum.

Day 7: Yale University – Fifth Avenue

Summary of The Day

The itinerary schedule is different for the tour departure at Tuesday and Friday: there will be NO shopping in Fifth Avenue and No visiting the Yale University arranged. Or guests could choose to return home from Boston and give up visiting Yale University.


Guests will visit the campus of Yale University located in New Haven in the morning! You will enjoy a brief stop at the famous Sterling Memorial Library, which was designed by James Gamble Rogers as the centerpiece of Yale’s Gothic Revival campus. (In case tour areas are closed due to school’s schedule, campus tour will take place only in the public open area.)

Afterwards, our comfortable tour bus will bring you back to the heart of New York City - the Fifth Avenue.

Day 8: West Point Academy – Woodbury Common Premium Outlets – New Yor Drop-off

Summary of The Day

Guest will visit the United States Military Academy at West Point, also known as West Point or The Academy, which is one of the oldest military academies. West Point is also the oldest continuously occupied military post in America which can date back to the Revolutionary War. The tour will be led by the Academy’s official tour guide. (Please note: All Foreign National visitors, no matter their age, must provide a valid passport and visa, and present their own form of identification. All U.S. Citizens age 16 and older must provide and present their own valid photo identification such as a current valid driver's license or passport, or school ID (must be school-age). Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.)

Next, we will go shopping at the world's finest outlet Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. The merchandises will be on sale for 25% to 65% savings with assorted designer and name brands such as Burberry, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Prada, and etc.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries are subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    4. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable.

    5. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.

    6. It is advised to contact local operator for confirmation one day before departure. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

    7. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    8. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    9. For Tuesday & Friday departure tours (The Fifth Avenue excluded), the itinerary schedule is altered: Day 2: West Point Academy – Woodbury Common Premium Outlets; Day 3: New York City Tour.

    10. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    11. Free pick-up service is available for per room only once.

    12. Please book airline tickets after receiving confirmed electronic voucher.

    13. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    14. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    15. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

    16. We will only enjoy the outside view of West Point Academy and take photos on 9/9, 9/30, 10/14, 10/21, 11/11, 11/23, 12/25. Then we will head to Woodbury Outlets.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-30 Days prior to tour departure date 75% of tour cost paid will be refunded

07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".

Yes, you can book a pre or post tour accommodation. To book a pre or post tour additional hotel you have to first book the tour and mention in additional comments requesting "Add-On Hotels" for dates required. Once we receive the message we will get back to you with availability and pricing. Later which can be paid using "Add-Fee Payment Link" which will be sent to you in an email by Globerouter service team.
