Day 1: LAX Airport – Hotel

Summary of The Day

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to the hotel for some rest.

Note

Standard check-in time is after 3:00pm.

1. Flight info: Please provide your flight info 3 days before departure, otherwise free pickup service cannot be guaranteed available.

2. Free pickup (LAX): 9:00am - 23:00pm, one departure every 2 hours. Specific pickup time will be arranged based on your provided flight info. In case of lateness due to flight delay or personal reason, we will try to arrange the bus of the latest departure for you. Please wait in patience at the airport. If you don't want to wait, you may head to the hotel by yourself at your own expense. If it is not available, you need to head to the hotel by yourself.

3. Pickup point: Please wait at Baggage Claim for American domestic flights / For international flights wait at the Terminal B (near The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf)

4. Night flight: Paid pickup service of $80 (maximum of 5 allowed) will be charged during 11:00pm - 12:00am.

5. Pickup guide: wearing yellow uniform and holding yellow flag.

Enjoying a scenic morning ride to Bryce Canyon National Park this morning, First-timers are always astonished by the impressive view of Bryce!

Then, we will arrive at Zion National Park, where you can look through the giant windows on the tunnel wall, and enjoy the panoramic view of Zion Mountains.

The epic view is mainly created by erosion and brings you an unforgettable sightseeing experience. We will visit the amazing eagle point, guano point, and so on. If you are interested in taking an advanced tour, it is recommended to take a skywalk or helicopter and boat tour.

In the afternoon, we will make our way to Hoover Dam, where you can oversee part of Lake Mead.

Return to Las Vegas in the afternoon and stay overnight. You may see a show tonight in World's Capitol for Entertainment – Las Vegas!

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. This tour will visit the Lower Antelope Canyon (a walking tour which takes approx. 75 min). 

    7. If you cancel the third and fourth discounted passengers within 1-3 business days before the tour departs, $100 (per person) penalty fee will be charged. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers will incur $200 (per person) penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    8. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    9. Guests who don't need airport drop-off can select any of the departure points as your drop-off point.

    10. If you need paid airport transfers, please leave a note at the time of booking.

    11. Due to peak travel season, additional hotel accommodation is subject to availability and prices may fluctuate. Please inquire at the time of booking.

    12. Hotel rates in Las Vegas may fluctuate during holidays and special days. 

    13. Guests who sign up for Grand Canyon West Rim at the time of booking and then give up upon arrival due to personal reasons will be charged $30 per person for Las Vegas Free Day.

    14. Guests who end tour in Las Vegas will be transferred to MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel. Those who book an extra day in Las Vegas hotels after tour need to head to the hotel on your own.

    15. During the peak travel season, twin room may be changed into a King room or a King room Plus Sofa bed without prior notice. 

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

3) Change to a different tour

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

Yes, you can book a pre or post tour accommodation. To book a pre or post tour additional hotel you have to first book the tour and mention in additional comments requesting "Add-On Hotels" for dates required. Once we receive the message we will get back to you with availability and pricing. Later which can be paid using "Add-Fee Payment Link" which will be sent to you in an email by Globerouter service team.
