Itinerary

Day 1: Seattle Tacoma International Airport – Vancouver

Summary of The Day

We will pick you up in Seattle today.

For the guests with pick-up location at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport: You will meet the tour guide around 12:00 PM at the Luggage Claim Area (carousel No.1). From there, you will have the option of going on a Seattle Mini City Tour for FREE (Vancouver City Tour not included). Meeting time on Saturdays will be delayed for 30 minutes.

For the guests with pick-up location at the Piers in Seattle: You will meet the tour guide at 1:15 PM at Pier 66 or Pier 91

For the guests with pick-up location in downtown Seattle: You will meet the tour guide at 1:45 PM at the gate of Seattle Aquarium, where you will have the opportunity to explore and take some photos of Space Needle before heading to the hotel in Vancouver.

Day 3: Vancouver – Kelowna – Lake Okanagan – Winery – Salmon Arm / Revelstoke

Summary of The Day

You will start your journey via the trans-Canada highway and head east for Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. 

Your first stop will be at the renowned winery to learn the basics of wine making. 

Then, you will see Lake Okanagan and learn its legendary story while searching for the lake monster "Ogopogo".

In the evening, you will settle down at Salmon Arm/Vernon.

Summary of The Day

The day will consist of a trip to the Banff National Park, where you will have the option of taking a gondola ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain. You can enjoy Banff at your own pace and explore the myriad of galleries, trendy shops, boutiques as well as the wide river waterfall, known as Bow Falls.

Reminder

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Child pricing applies to the children at the age of 2-11 years old.

    5. The infants under 2 years old will be charged for the tour fee of $315.

    6. According to BC Government's law, the infants under 2 years old must be served a seat and you should bring safety seat by yourselves.

    7. To be fair, the tour guide will arrange the bus seats for you and you should have your arranged seat.

    8. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring American passport and Green Card OR valid American and Canadian visas.

    9. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    10. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage will be charged additional $35 per baggage.

    11. For the guests at 12-15 years old who want to book mandatory tour - Admissions, please contact us at the time of booking.

    13. Additional hotel accommodation may be changed to a similar hotel. Please enquire at the time of booking.

    14. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:    

       - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

    15. Due to high peak season, please enquire if seats are available at the time of booking. 

    16. Due to high peak season, the hotel rates in Vancouver may increase and the check-in hotel is subject to change. 

    17. Vancouver Night Tour is only available during May-Sep.15th.

    18. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    19. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 15 days or lesser.

32 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
24-31 Days prior to tour departure date 70% of tour cost paid will be refunded
16-23 Days prior to tour departure date 50% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

**If the upgraded hotel has been confirmed, the fee for upgrading the hotel will not be refundable.

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 32 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
