Day 1: Amtrak Coast Starlight –Train Tour (across Seattle, Olympia, Portland) - Medford

Summary of The Day

Today we will enjoy an unforgettable Coast Starlight Ride by Amtrack, widely regarded the most spectacular ride of all train routes! Sightseeing train rides are becoming more and more popular in America, a great way to experience the beauty of the country. Seats are very spacious and comfortable, the Coast Starlight links the greatest cities on the West Coast. The scenery along the route is unsurpassed. The dramatic snow-covered peaks of the Cascade Range and Mountains, lush forests, fertile valleys provide a stunning backdrop for your journey! 

We will arrive in Portland in the evening, and stay overnight in Medford. 


**The train departs from Kings Street Station at 9:30am. The whole ride lasts approx. 8 hours. Guests can purchase lunch on the train.

We will gather at King Street Station Seattle, 303 S Jackson St ,Seattle ,WA 98104 at 8:30 AM.

Day 2: Burney Falls - Sundial Bridge - San Francisco

Summary of The Day

We will drive to Burney Falls in the morning, the most beautiful waterfall in California! It will certainly bring you an unexpected big surprise! Even President Roosevelt describes Burney Falls as "The 8th Wonder of the World!"

Then we will visit the Sundial Bridge.

We will then return to the hotel in San Francisco.

Burney Falls is a waterfall on Burney Creek, within McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park, in Shasta County, California. The water comes from underground springs above and at the falls, which are 129 feet high, and provides an almost constant flow rate of 379 million litres per day, even during the dry summer months. The falls were called "the Eighth Wonder of the World" by President Theodore Roosevelt, and were declared a National Natural Landmark in December 1954.

Day 3: UC Berkeley – San Francisco City Tour

We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning.

Afterwards we drive to San Francisco.

UC Berkeley – SF City Tour

We will visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we'll drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides.

Then we'll visit the Golden Gate Bridge before visiting Fisherman's Wharf. Here you can take an optional cruise on the San Francisco Bay (own expense).

Next we will visit Madame Tussaud or San Francisco Dungeon and then we'll visit the only building remaining from 1915 world’s exposition, the Palace of Fine Arts.

You may take an in-depth city tour at your own cost this afternoon.

Visitors walk through the Dungeon, and are guided through each show by professional actors. The attraction also contains a dark boat ride. The San Francisco Dungeon was opened in June 2014, following the success of its European counterparts which include the London Dungeon and the Amsterdam Dungeon.

In the morning we'll depart from the hotel towards Yosemite National Park. Giant trees, mountains and sparkling streams and lakes, glaciers-carved canyons, all these unique features make up Yosemite. Take a walk in the woods and enjoy the fresh forest air.

After lunch, we'll travel across Central Valley of California, where over half of the fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in country are produced every year.

In the evening we'll return to Los Angeles.

We'll leave Los Angeles driving through the scenic Mojave Desert to arrive in Las Vegas - The Pearl in the Desert.

You'll have the night to yourself. You may join our Las Vegas Night Tour or see one of the many award-winning shows the city has to offer!

Summary of The Day

Your last day on this tour will begin in the morning as we make your way to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens.

After, there will be a optional buffet brunch in Las Vegas and then we will depart from Las Vegas.

On the way back to Los Angeles, there will be a stop by the famous Tanger Outlets.

After, guests will be dropped off at the major pick-up locations.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide can not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Please note that City Pass and any attraction admission tickets purchased by yourselves are not allowed in the tour.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    7. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable. 

    8. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. are not refundable.

    9. If you cancel the third and fourth discounted passengers within 1-3 business days before the tour departs, $100 (per person) penalty fee will be charged. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers will incur $200 (per person) penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    10. Admission tickets are subject to change due to season.

    11. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
