Day 1: Toronto –Thousand Islands – Ottawa – Montreal

Summary of The Day

We will depart from Toronto in the morning to one of Canada's most stunning natural scenery- Thousand Islands. You can enjoy pleasant boat cruise (at your own expenses) to discover the various islands through the narrow waterways. 

After this, we will go to the capital of Canada - Ottawa, passing by Canadian Parliament buildings (inside view or substituted by Canadian War Museum if closed).

Next, we will proceed to Montreal to visit Old Montreal city.

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will proceed to Halifax and explore the renowned Citadel and downtown area; don't miss the beautiful scenery of Halifax. You can enjoy Harbour Hopper (at your own expenses) to discover Halifax harbor, and taste Atlantic Ocean style Lobster lunch (at your own expenses).

At night, we will enjoy a fabulous scrumptious lobster dinner (at your own expenses).

After dinner, we will head to Moncton via the world longest bridge - Confederation Bridge, across ice covered water.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc. 

    3. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    4. Prices may fluctuate due to CAD exchange rate.

    5. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    6. All VIP seats need to be reserved and paid at the time of booking, so the first 4 rows will be guaranteed for you.

    7. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring American passport and Green Card OR valid American and Canadian visas.

    8. You should be responsible for your all documents needed for traveling. If you have the passport (valid for at least 6 months), please prepare the American visa ahead of time. 

    9. To be fair, the tour guide will arrange the bus seats for you and you should have your arranged seat.

    10. No smoking in the hotel room, the penalty fee between $300 and $350 will be charged if disregard of the regulations.

    11. Please arrival at least 15 mins before departure time. All the pick-up& drop off times are for your reference only.

    12. On New Year, National Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and other holidays, the tour fee may increase. Please enquire at the time of booking.

    13. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    14. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:    

       - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

    15. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail
