Summary of The Day

From waterfalls that drop thousands of feet, and endless mountain ridges, Yosemite National Park can be considered one of the most famous scenic spots in the Western United States.

We will arrive in Yosemite National Park in the afternoon. Highlights include: Tunnel View, Bridal Veil Falls, El Captain, Merced River, Yosemite Falls, Half Dome. Overnight stay in Fresno.

Day 3: Las Vegas – Grand Canyon South Rim / West Rim – Las Vegas

Summary of The Day

Option 1: Grand Canyon South Rim (276.1 Miles - Approx. 4.5 hours, Each Way)

The Grand Canyon offers one of the most spectacular examples of erosion not found anywhere in the world. Canyon National Park is a designated World Heritage Site and is unmatched in the incomparable vistas that it offers to visitors on the rim.

We will stay overnight stay in Las Vegas.


Option 2: Grand Canyon West Rim "The Skywalk" (122.2 Miles - Approx. 2 hours, Each Way)

Your journey begins from stopping by the magnificent Hoover Dam and then on to the Majestic Hualapai Indian Reservation where is located at the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. You can walk along the rim of this great wonder of nature - unblemished by modern civilization. You may walk on the Skywalk (Optional tour). David Jin, the man who conceived and funded Skywalk makes this U-shaped platform, which extends 70ft over the edge and about 4,000 feet over the canyon floor. You may also select to take the Helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon and view the majestic Grand Canyon with a bird's eye view. (Optional tour).

We will stay overnight stay in Las Vegas.

Day 4: End tour in Las Vegas / Las Vegas – Bay Area (569 Miles) or Los Angeles (271 Miles)

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will depart Las Vegas towards San Francisco. We will travel by the world's largest solar power plant with 340,000 solar panels planted into the vast sea of sand. While crossing the Mojave Desert, you will see Edwards Air Force Base at the distance, where the sound barrier was broken for the first time in history and where US space shuttles landed on several occasions. Looking up at the sky, you might perhaps catch a glimpse of U.S. newest aircraft on training mission.

Then we will pass by California's largest windmill farm on Tehachapi Mountain.

In the afternoon, we will learn about California agriculture that produces more than half of nation's total of fruits, vegetables and nuts while travelling through the fertile Central Valley.

We will arrive in the Bay Area in the evening.

Reminder

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. Child pricing applies to adults.

    7. Children under 2 years old will be charged $25 per day for mandatory General Liability Insurance. It is also to guarantee a seat for the child. If the parents prefer to hold the child, it is considered as forfeiting the seat, but the $25 Per day General Liability Insurance will still be charged.

    8. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive baggage will be charged additional $25 per baggage.

    9. Hotel rates in Las Vegas may fluctuate during holidays and special days.

    10. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs penalty fees, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fees of $80 per person to the guide. Guests who enjoy this promotion cannot leave tour halfway and must purchase tickets from the tour guide.

    11. If you don't visit Grand Canyon, the $50 for the mandatory tour will be nonrefundable.

    12. Children under 8 years need to bring a car seat or $25 rent for a car seat with our local vendor.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".

Will there be any parking facility at the departure points?

There will be no parking facilities provided by our local operators at any departure points. We request all our customer to find public parking facility at/near given departure points.

How are meals arranged on the tours? Will there be a vegetarian food option?
A

Meals are not part of the package. The tour guide will be arranging food stops at local restaurants, fast food restaurants or food courts where passengers can purchase their own meals. Food stops will also offer options for vegan/ vegetarian food.

What is the baggage policy?
A

We recommended our passengers travel light, carry only essential items. Most coaches permit 1 big bag + 1 carry on item per person (Size specification as per International Airline Guidelines).
