Day 1: Hometown – Toronto

Summary of The Day

Upon arriving Toronto, you will be sent to the hotel. If time permitted, you could select to select free activities or visit relatives.

Day 2: Toronto - Sudbury 380km - Sault Ste. Marie (approx. 430 Miles / 7 Hours)

Summary of The Day

Starting off from Toronto and passing through the famous vacation spot – the maple forest of Muskoka, we will reach the treasure depot of Ontario – the city of Sudbury. Here, we will visit Science North (optional) to be thrilled by a 4-D grand movie, walking in the Butterfly Conservatory. We will take photos with the largest coin in the world – the Big Nickel. You can buy some souvenirs in the gift shop afterwards.

By evening, we will settle in at a hotel in the city.

Day 3: Sault Ste. Marie - Agawa Canyon Train Station - Sudbury

Summary of The Day

In the breeze of the floating maple leaves, we will be "All Aboard" on the luxury train (mandatory) and rolling into the Agawa Canyon which will be ablaze in crimson red, orange and yellow. **The Tran tour will take about 4 hours one way.

In the afternoon, we will whisk through the Essar Steel Algoma and stop by a scenic spot of the canyon. Free time about 1.5 hours for you, that you may be invited to climb the steps along the scenic tracks and up to the Lookout Platform. Here, you can have a panoramic view of the canyon and also the Bridal Veil Falls in the sea of red maple. With full loads of "reds" in our vision and in our memory, the train will lead us through the tranquil villages that are concealed in different shades of maple.

Then, we will be back in Sudbury.

Agawa Canyon

The Agawa Canyon is a shallow canyon located deep in the sparsely populated Algoma District in Northeastern Ontario, Canada. It was created 1.2 billion years ago by faulting along the Canadian Shield and then enlarged by the erosive action of the Agawa River. The Agawa Canyon Wilderness Park is only accessible by hiking trail or the Algoma Central Railway, and is located 114 miles by rail north west of Sault Ste. Marie.

Day 4: Sudbury - Algonquin Provincial Park - Toronto (approx. 355 Miles / 6 Hours)

Summary of The Day

After breakfast, we will proceed to the biggest Provincial Park of Ontario – the Algonquin Provincial Park. Tour through several exhibits and museums and watch over live animals such as black bear, moose, beaver and rabbit on the weather proof observation deck. You can walk along different trails to experience the magnificent views of the natural and colorful scenes.

We will get back to Toronto in the evening.

Algonquin Provincial Park is a provincial park located between Georgian Bay and the Ottawa River in Ontario, Canada, mostly within the Unorganized South Part of Nipissing District. Established in 1893, it is the oldest provincial park in Canada. Additions since its creation have increased the park to its current size of about 7,653 square kilometers. For comparison purposes, this is about one and a half times the size of Prince Edward Island or about a quarter of the size of Belgium. The park is contiguous with several smaller, administratively separate provincial parks that protect important rivers in the area, resulting in a larger total protected area.

Day 5: Toronto – Niagara Falls – YYZ airport (approx. 180 Miles / 4 Hours)

Summary of The Day

Today we will head to Niagara Falls to enjoy the day at one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the world.

Afterward, we will transfer to Niagara Falls Skylon Tower (optional). 

In the afternoon, you can choose to take a Hornblower Niagara Cruise (seasonal: Apr-Nov; optional).

After that, we will take a scenic route through the vineyards for ice wine tasting, variety of ice wines are also available for souvenirs. 

Then, you will be transferred to the YYZ airport for ending this tour.

    3. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary.

    4. In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events, local operator reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable. 

    5. In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.

    6. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

    7. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    8. Guests who depart from U.S. need to bring U.S. passport, green card or valid U.S. and Canada visa.

    9. All VIP seats need to be reserved and paid at the time of booking, so the first three rows will be guaranteed for you.

    10. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    11. Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:    

       - U.S. permanent residents (with a green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

       How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

      - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-30 Days prior to tour departure date 75% of tour cost paid will be refunded

07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
