Today, you will arrive at Calgary and get ready to enjoy the wonderful trip!

Meet our local staff at the airport and go to the Fairmont hotel.

Guests who arrive before 11:30 A.M can choose to go shopping at CrossIron Mills Outlet or Chinook Centre

Day 2: Calgary - Yoho - Lake Louise - Fairmont Chateau - Banff Town

Summary of The Day

In the morning at around 8:50, meet at the hotel lobby and then off to Banff.

(On the way, we will stop at Canalta Lodge to pickup some passengers)

We will take Canada Transit Highway to our first stop -- Yoho National Park. Along the way, we can see the Castle Mountain from distance.

Then at the sound of Kicking Horse River, we arrive at Emerald Lake.

At around 12:45 pm, we will stop at Louise village for a simple lunch( at your own expense)

In the afternoon, guests get to see the famous Lake Louise and Fairmont Chateau is by the lake. You can take the snow shoeing (subject to the weather) , enjoy the Fairmont Afternoon Tea (optional) or take the Sleigh Ride (optional) .

Tonight, we will stay at Fairmont Banff Springs or Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise (upgrade option)

Day 3: Banff Town - Johnston Canyon - Vermillion Lake - Banff Town *

Summary of The Day

In the morning, meeting at around 10:20 and then depart from the hotel.

We will drive to Johnston Canyon. Guests may enjoy the Ice Walk (Free use of Crampons).

Afterwards, we head to Vermillion Lake, the best view point of Rundle Mountain.

Visit Surprise Corner, from where you can see the Banff Spring Hotel, and then make a short stop at Bow Fall.

At around 17:30, we will go to the hotel for rest.

*Alternative Itinerary

During Dec. 23 - Mar. 10, Thursday and Friday departures, the itinerary of the day will be changed to Banff Town - Icefields Parkway - Bow Lake - Abraham Lake - Banff Town.

Summary of the day:

In the morning, meeting at around 10:20 and then depart from the hotel.

Take the NO. 1 Highway and then 93 Highway Icefields Parkway, enter Jasper National Park. From afar you can see the Crowfoot Glacier.

Then arrive at Bow Lake, before the highlight of the day Abraham Lake, also known as bubble lake. You can have a chance to take the Helicopter tour (optional) to enjoy the panoramic view of the Rockies.

Day 4: Banff Town - Banff Sulphur Mountain - Banff Upper Hot Spring - Calgary

Summary of The Day

At around 10:15, depart from the hotel and head to Sulphur Mountain. Guests can take the Banff Gondola (optional, at your own expense) to the mountain top and enjoy the 360 degree view of Rocky mountains.

Then, you will have a tour in Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel

After lunch, you will have some free time to explore the Banff Town on your own.

Next, we will take you to Banff Upper Hot Spring *(admission incl.) to enjoy a nice winter bath.

Later, we will head back to Calgary at approx. 6:30 p.m.

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. Please bring your valid tourist visa. You are suggested to apply for eTA in advance according to the type of your passport.

    3. In case of booking error, please provide correct and complete information (Name, Gender, Mobile, Adult or Child, etc) at the time of booking You will be responsible for the mistake because of missing information.

    4. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    5.Hotel check -in time usually starts from 3:00PM

    6. If you need airport transfer service, please provide correct flight information and arrive at the airport pick-up point ahead of time. If you cannot be picked up due to your wrong information, the local operator will reserve the right to pick you up for the second time or charge an additional fee of CAD$30 per person.

    7. During holidays or peak seasons, Hotel price may fluctuate. Please refer to the final confirmed price.

    8. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

    9.Child pricing applies to the children under the age of 11 years old (share beds with 2 adults in a room).

    10.The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc. The vehicle will be different due to the number of travelers.

    11. Deposit is required when check in the hotel. Visa/Master Card is accepted.

    12. There is no TOUR GUIDE for this itinerary. The driver will notify the passenger at every spot without illustration.

    13. Please advise at least 7 days before departure if there is any specific requirements (such as vegan food, child seat, etc). We will try our best to meet your requirements but can not guarantee.

    14. Please dress appropriately and prepare cold-proof clothing. Be sure to KEEP NICE AND WARM!

    15. Please book the optional tours at the time of booking. You can not buy the tickets upon arrival.

    16. Two full-sized beds/1 double bed per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. No smoking in hotels.

    17.Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:  

      - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

      How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

    1.   - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
