Day 1: Home - Calgary

Summary of The Day

Today, you will and arrive at Calgary and get ready to enjoy the wonderful trip!

Meet our local staff at the airport and go to the Fairmont hotel.

Afterwards, you can choose to go shopping at CrossIron Mills Outlet or follow the tour guide to Calgary Tower and the core shopping center.

Day 2: Calgary - Yoho - Lake Louise - Fairmont Chateau - Banff Town

Summary of The Day

In the morning at around 8:50, meet our tour guide at the hotel lobby and then off to Banff.

We will take Canada Transit Highway to our first stop -- Yoho National Park. Along the way, we can see the Castle Mountain.

Then at the sound of Kicking Horse River, we arrive at Emerald Lake.

At noon, we will stop at Louise village for a simple lunch( at your own expense)

In the afternoon, guests get to see the famous Lake Louise and Fairmont Chateau is by the lake. You can take the snow shoeing (subject to the weather) , enjoy the Fairmont Afternoon Tea or take the Sleigh Ride.

Tonight, we will stay at Fairmont Banff Springs or Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

Day 3: Banff Town - Johnston Canyon/ Bow Lake - Lake Minnewanka/ Abraham Lake - Banff Town

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will drive to Johnston Canyon. Guests may enjoy the Ice Walk ( Equipment provided).

Then you can take your time to wander around the banff town.

In the afternoon, go to the Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake before go back to Fairmont Banff Springs.


From 13 Dec. 2018 - 31 Mar. 2019, the itinerary of the day will be changed to Banff Town - Icefields Parkway - Bow Lake - Abraham Lake - Banff Town.

Day 4: Banff Town - Banff Sulphur Mountain - Surprise Corner - Bow Fall - Banff Upper Hot Spring - Calgary

Summary of The Day

Today, we will go to Sulphur Mountain. Guests can take the Banff Gondola (optional, at your own expense) to the mountain top and enjoy the 360 degree view of Rocky mountains.

After lunch, we head to Surprise Corner and Bow Fall, which is frozen in winter.

Next, relax in the Banff Upper Hot Spring (admission incl.).

Later, we will head back to Calgary at approx. 6 p.m.

    1.Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2.Please bring your valid tourist visa. You are suggested to apply for eTA in advance according to the type of your passport.

    3.In case of booking error, please provide correct and complete information (Name, Gender, Mobile, Adult or Child, etc) at the time of booking You will be responsible for the mistake because of missing information.

    4.National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    5.Hotel check -in time usually starts from 4:00PM

    6.If you need airport transfer service, please provide correct flight information and arrive at the airport pick-up point ahead of time. If you cannot be picked up due to your wrong information, the local operator will reserve the right to pick you up for the second time or charge an additional fee of CAD$30 per person.

    7.During holidays or peak seasons, Hotel price may fluctuate. Please refer to the final confirmed price.

    8.Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

    9.Child pricing applies to the children at the age of 2-11 years old (available if 2 adults in a room). No additional bed for children. Chlidren price only apply to 2 or more Adults(11+) with 1 child, otherwise you need to pay the difference.

    10.The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc. The vehicle will be different due to the number of travelers.

    11.For some hotels, you are required to present your credit card as deposit for paying incidental fee. Please arrive at the meeing points on time.

    12.You may check in different hotels. The tour guide will arrange the transfer service for you according to actual situation. You may have different tour guide and driver.We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    13.During the itinerary, if you want to leave the tour, please tell the tour guide and sign the confirmation for leaving. Please advise at least 7 days before departure if there is any specific requirements (such as vegan food, child seat, etc). We will try our best to meet your requirements but can not guarantee.

    14.Please dress appropriately and prepare cold-proof clothing. Be sure to KEEP NICE AND WARM!

    15.Please book the optional tours at the time of booking. You can not buy the tickets upon arrival.

    16.According to BC Government's law, the infants under 2 years old must be served a seat and you should bring safety seat by yourselves.

    16.For the sake of fairness, the tour guide will arrange the seats every day.

    17.Since March 15, 2016, New Canada entry requirements have been changed. Please note at the time of booking.

      eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) has been launched since March 15, 2016:  

      - U.S. permanent residents (with the green card) who enter Canada by flight need to hold eTA. If you enter Canada by land or sea, eTA is unnecessary.

      - Students and temporary workers (from the countries where eTA is necessary): If you got a Student Visa or Work Visa before 15th March 2016, getting eTA is necessary before entering and departing from Canada by air.

      How to apply for eTA to Canada?   

    1.   - Applying for eTA online, and you need to prepare your passport, credit card, and e-mail address. The application fee is CAD$7. eTA can be valid for 5 years.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
