Day 1: New York Airport Pickup – Hotel

Summary of The Day

Today you will be picked up at the major airports in New York and then transferred to the hotel to get some rest.

In the evening, you can take the optional night tour to enjoy the gorgeous views of this city.

JFK Airport: 8:30AM ~ 10:30PM; LGA Airport: 8:30AM ~ 10:30PM; EWR Airport: 10:30AM ~ 10:30PM

The last pick-up time is 10:30 pm. It means that the bus will leave the airport at 10:30 pm. So, please schedule your flights arriving before 9:40 pm. If you need no airport pick-up service, please contact us 7 days before tour, and we will check the hotel information for your check-in by yourselves. If you arrive at EWR Airport out of pick-up time, you can take the free bus to the hotel.

Please make sure to provide correct flight information 3 days before tour. Only one free airport pick-up service per room.

Note

For the guests who want to join the night tour, please arrive at LGA Airport before 4:30pm, JFK Airport before 5:30pm or EWR Airport before 6:30pm. Please arrive at the hotel before 6:00pm if you head to hotel by yourself. Night tour is subject to change like the weather or the number of participants. If it is cancelled due to your personal reason, please inform us at least 3 days before departure, otherwise the fees will not be refundable.

Day 5: Washington D.C. – Corning Museum of Glass – Niagara Falls

Summary of The Day

Today, we will leave for Corning Museum of Glass from Washington DC. 

Then we will continue on to Niagara Falls, where we can choose to join the optional In-depth tour of Niagara to visit the Whirl Pool and the Old Fort Niagara. 

In addition, we will also visit the Cave of the Winds (closed after 10/22/2017).

At night, we will have a chance to enjoy Niagara Falls Illumination


* Due to check-in hotel near the Niagara Falls, you can enjoy the fireworks show in the evening. 

Schedule in 2017: June 12 to September 4: every Monday through Friday evenings at 10 pm. It will also take place on select Canadian and U.S. holidays listed below: May 19, 21 - 22, 26, 28 - 29; July 1 - 2; August 1 - 4.

Day 7: Boston – BOS Airport Drop-off / Boston – New York

Summary of The Day

In the morning, we will visit Harvard University and MIT.

Then, we will come to Copley Square, where we will see landmarks like Trinity Church, the Boston Public Library, and the John Hancock Tower

Later, we will take a scenic drive along the Freedom Trail, passing the Massachusetts State House, Boston Common, the Site of the Boston Massacre, and Boston Harbor, the sire of the Boston Tea Party. 

Then, we will go to Quincy Market for a bite to eat before either leaving for Boston or returning to New York.

    5. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).

    6. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs some penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.

    7. Passengers who arrive before 6:00 pm have the option of taking the Manhattan night tour with an extra fare. Please contact the tour guide after your arrival.When planning the trip and booking your flight, please make sure your arriving time can allow at least 30 minutes for you to catch the airport pickup bus.

    8. You are encouraged to choose to arrive at EWR because your hotel is close to this airport.

    9. If you arrive at the airport out of free airport pick-up time, you have to get to your hotel on your own and at your own expense. If paid pick-up service is needed, please tell us:

    - arriving before 10:00 pm: $120 for first and second persons with $10 for each additional person (gratuity for the driver is included);

    - arriving after 10:00 pm: $150 for first and second persons with $10 for each additional person (gratuity for the driver is included).

    Please provide your valid phone number one day before the tour and contact the driver upon arrival. 

    10. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    11. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

    12. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.

    13. Only one pick-up service per room. If you book the hotel for pre-accommodations, paid airport pick-up service is available. If you need, please enquire at the time of booking.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.
