Day 1: LAX Airport – Hotel

Summary of The Day

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to the hotel for some rest.

Note

Standard check-in time is after 3:00pm.

Pickup Info

1. Flight info: Please provide your flight info 3 days before departure, otherwise free pickup service cannot be guaranteed available.

2. Free pickup (LAX): 8:30am - 10:30pm, one departure every one hour. Specific pickup time will be arranged based on your provided flight info. In case of lateness due to flight delay or personal reason, we will try to arrange the bus of the latest departure for you. Please wait in patience at the airport. If you don't want to wait, you may head to the hotel by yourself at your own expense. If it is not available, you need to head to the hotel by yourself.

3. Pickup point: Please wait at Baggage Claim for American domestic flights / For international flights wait at the exit (near 7-Eleven)

4. Night flight: Paid pickup service of $80 (maximum of 5 allowed) will be charged during 10:30pm - 12:00am.

5. Pickup guide: wearing yellow uniform and holding yellow flag.

6. Pickup service fee: $10 per person each time

Day 2: Los Angeles – St. George

Summary of The Day

In the early morning, we will leave Los Angeles for Las Vegas, passing through the San Bernardino Mountains and the Mojave Desert on our way. 

Then, we will make a brief stop in Las Vegas before heading to St. George for the night.

Day 3: Bryce Canyon National Park - Zion National Park - Lake Powell

Summary of The Day

Today, we will enjoy a scenic morning ride to Bryce Canyon National Park

Then, we will head towards Zion National Park to go sightseeing among this park's unique wildlife and plants. 

We will spend the night at the Lake Powell Resorts, conveniently located in the Lake Powell National Recreation Area, where we can watch the stunning sunset by taking a walk along the lake.

We will spend the night in Tuba.

    2. The sequence of itineraries are subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc. 

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. Please advise at the time of booking if there is any specific requirements for itinerary. Once electronic voucher is received, no modification can be made.

    5. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs $200 (per person) penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide. Cancellation (1-3 days before departure) of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs $150 (per person) penalty fee

    6. During the peak travel season, twin room may be changed into a King room or a King room Plus Sofa bed without prior notice.

    7. During peak season, pre-accommodation in Los Angeles may be confirmed La Quinta Inn & Suites Pomona without price change.

    8. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    9. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

31 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
15-30 Days prior to tour departure date 70% of tour cost paid will be refunded

07 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
