Day 1: Home – New York Airport Pickup

Summary of The Day

Today you will be picked up at the airports and then transferred to the hotel for some rest.

Pickup Info

Free pickup time (JFK/LGA/EWR): 8:30 am - 11:00am (flight arrival time).

Domestic flights: please wait at the baggage claim area;

International flights & JFK terminal 7: please wait at the terminal exit.

If you don't need to take a flight, you can head to the 3 airports or the following meeting points by yourself and then wait for the shuttle bus to hotel.

1) Flushing: New York Food Court (133-35 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, NY 11354) before 5:00pm

2) Manhattan: Chinatown (77 Bowery, 2FL, New York, NY 10002) before 6:00pm


1. Guests who enjoy free airport pick-up or pick up in Manhattan and Flushing do not include a tip of $12/person; and the tour guide will collect it the day before the tour ends.

2. Any flight delays due to the weather and other reasons will prevent passengers from arriving during the free pick-up time, subject to the pick-up charge ($120 for 1st and 2nd persons with $10 for each additional person), Or go to the hotel by yourself.

You will be transferred to Time Square hotel directly after being picked up, giving you more time to experience the cosmopolitan city of Manhattan. The hotel is within walking distance of Times Square. (Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. if you arrive at the hotel in advance, you need to wait for room arrangement. Manhattan Hotel requires guests to use your own credit card to pay the deposit upon check-in. If there is no personal consumption in the room upon check-out, the hotel will automatically return the corresponding deposit).

Day 2: New York City Tour

Summary of The Day

Today we will spend the whole day exploring the New York City. We will have a chance to take the Statue of Liberty Cruise, enjoying the picturesque views of Hudson River.

Then we will go to visit Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum.

We will also visit the mega-treasures of the Metropolitan Museum and Central Park, New York City's first landmark - One World Trade Center, which you can see all the famous building such as Empire State Building and United Nations Building and Trump Tower. Then we will walk around the World Financial Center New York Stock Exchange, Wall Street, the World Heritage Site Trinity Church and a symbol of bull Brass Sculpture passing by Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, and other famous attractions...

Day 3: Philadelphia – Washington D.C.

Summary of The Day

Today we will visit Philadelphia, the birth place of the United States: spend time at the Independent Park to see the Independent Hall and the Liberty Bell, take pictures with the statue of the first president George Washington.

Then we will head on to Washington DC. Our Tour of this vibrant US Capital district features the Capital Hill, White House (outside visit), Lincoln Memorial, Korea War Memorial, and Vietnam War Memorial. Enjoy some free time at the National Air & Space Museum to learn the milestones of human beings had made to overcome gravity.

At the Independence National Historical Park, tour guide will arrange a free time for guests to walk around. Inside the Independence Hall, you will have a special moment of standing exactly where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed. Day 4: Washington D.C. – Corning Museum of Glass – Niagara Falls

Summary of The Day

We will visit the famous Corning Museum of Glass, which currently has a collection of more than 45,000 glass objects, some over 3,500 years old. We may have a chance to watch hot glass making show.

Arriving Niagara Falls, we will first watch Imax Movie, which a 15-million-dollar movie that tells you the colorful legends of the Niagara Falls. And we may take the "Maid of the Mist" boat (closed in winter) to get a real feeling of the magic of nature.

After that you can choose to:

A. Stay in the park to see more of the falls;

B. Join the optional In-depth tour of Niagara

You can see the Whirlpool State Parkl and the Old Fort of Niagara. ($25/person including a $12 ticket of Fort Niagara). Cave of the winds will take you to see more of the Niagara Fall, follow the wooden trestle and step close to the Fall. We will stay in Niagara Falls area Hotel tonight.

Day 5: Upstate New York – Boston

Summary of The Day

Starting early from the hotel, we will travel across Upstate New York to reach Massachusetts in the afternoon. We will arrive at Cambridge to visit the oldest campus in America, Harvard University. Do not forget to take pictures with the statue of Mr. John Harvard.

We will also visit another Ivy League school MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).

While in the Boston city, we will stop at the Copley Square to see the old Trinity Church and the modern John Hancock building.

We will also pass by the Boston Common, Boston Library, the golden top Massachusetts State House and many other attractions. You may have a chance to take famous Boston lobster for dinner.

Day 6: Boston – Home / New York

Summary of The Day

Today we will take Boston harbor cruise and enjoy the fantastic view of this historic city. Have a real Bostonian lunch at the Quincy Market and then head back to New York.

Tour ends at noon, you will be transferred to BOS Airport or JFK/LGA/EWR Airports.

For customers end the tour in New York: if time allows, we will additionally visit Breaker Mansion (in summer), State House (in winter) & Yale University.


For guests who need add-on service after tour, please leave a note about the airport (JFK/LGA/EWR).     4. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. Please be noted that during special days like Nov. 28, Dec. 25 and Jan.1, the itinerary regarding Metropolitan Museum of Art, Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum, US Capitol, American Museum of Natural History, National Air and Space Museum and Corning Museum of Glass may be subject to change.

    7. You are advised to confirm with local tour operators one day ahead of the tour.

    8. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage will be charged additional fees per baggage.

    10. Guests arriving before 4:30pm may join the Manhattan night tour at your own expenses. Please sign up with the guide upon arrival. Guests arriving after 11:00pm should head to the hotel on your own or choose the paid airport pick-up service. ($120 the first one/two people with $10 for each additional person)

    11. Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
