Day 1: Home - Calgary

Summary of The Day

Upon arrival in Calgary, you will be picked up at the airport and transferred to the hotel. You can enjoy your time leisurely, explore the city on your own or take our optional tours (arrival before 12:00pm).

YYC pick up note

Free YYC airport pick-up time: 9:00am - 9:00pm (Departure every 2 hours: 9:00am/11:00am/1:00pm/3:00pm/5:00pm/7:00pm/9:00pm. You need to book in advance.)

Pickup points: Information Centre at Exit #7. If you don't arrive during the above mentioned time, you need to take the hotel shuttle bus to the hotel by yourself. If you miss the booked pickup time, please inform us as early as possible, so we can re-arrange for you. (if you miss the last departure bus, you need to go to the hotel by yourself.)

Day 2: Calgary – Banff National Park – Banff Town

Summary of The Day

Today we will first go to visit the famous Banff National Park. Guests will have the option of taking the Banff Suphur Mt. Gondola at your own expense (approx. 90-min stay). We will also have a chance to enjoy Banff Upper Hot Springs (approx. 60-min stay).

In addition, we will visit Bow Falls (approx. 15-min stay) and Surprise Corner (approx. 15-min stay).

After that, we will move to Banff Town where we can enjoy some food or go shopping.

Today, we will stay overnight at Banff Town.

Sulfur Mountain Gondola Ride - This unique cable-car ride takes visitors to Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park to the top of Sulphur Mountain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Atop the mountain, there are many viewing areas, a long boardwalk, and two small museums.

Bow Falls

Bow Falls (approx. 15 mins) - Bow Falls is a major waterfall on the Bow River, Alberta just before the junction of it and the Spray River. The falls are located near the Banff Springs Hotel and golf course on the left-hand side of River Road. The falls are within walking distance of both Banff and the Banff Springs Hotel so they are visited by a large number of tourists despite their relatively small size.

Surprise Corner (approx. 15 mins) - This scenic viewpoint in Banff National Park, though unmarked, is locally known as the best place to get views of the famous Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel and the beautiful scenery that surrounds it.

Day 3: Banff National Park – Yoho National Park – Calgary

Summary of The Day

Today we will first go to visit Lake Louise (approx. 60 mins, Ice sculpture show will take place in January every year). We will have a chance to try snowshoeing. (This activity is subject to weather condition.)

Then we will head to the famous Yoho National Park. We will visit Emerald Lake (approx. 30-min stay) and Natural Bridge (approx. 15-min stay).

We will return back to Calgary around 7:00PM.

Drop-off Info

After tour, we will return to downtown Calgary at around 7:00PM. Please schedule your departure flight after 9:00pm. Or you can book a post-stay hotel with us.

Booking Info

    1. Globerouter cooperates with top local tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers.

    2. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

    3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

    4. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

    5. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.

    6. Luggage allowance: each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive baggage will be charged additional fees per baggage.

    7. In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

    8. Child pricing applies to the children aged 2-15 years old (no extra bed). 

    9. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers. 

    10. No smoking in hotels. Anyone who violates the rule will be fined.

    11. Optional tours and meal package can only be booked online at the time of booking.

    12. In case of the lack of snow in October and November, snowshoeing equipment is not available.

    13. Waiting time for pickup: The driver will be waiting for 90 min (international flight arrival) / 60 min (domestic flight arrival). Additional fee will be charged if you fail to meet the pickup staff within the waiting time and still want to take the pickup service.

    * If your flight is changed or cancelled, please contact the local tour operator at least 2 hours before the original arrival time. 

    14. Pickup time: 9:00am - 9:00pm, once every 2 hours. Guests need to book pickup in advance and update your flight information if your flight delays or changes.

    15. Flight information must be provided before 7 days of your travel date.

Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy

1. Cancel or change an order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing an order

1) Reducing the number of travelers

2) Canceling the entire order

3) Change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Modification service fee will be applicable over & above the cancellation charges.

4) Rescheduling tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

Cancellation Made Within Refund Policy
32 Days (or) more prior to tour departure date 90% of tour cost paid will be refunded
31 Days (or) lesser prior to tour departure date The entire tour cost will be forfeited & No-Refund

**If you upgrade the hotel into Fairmont hotel, no cancellation and modification is allowed.

2. Modify an order

Charges to modify an order apply for the following:

1) For requests to add more number of travelers

Subject to availability of seats.

2) For requests to change to a different tour

Possible only 31 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellation charges as above will be applicable over & above the modification service fee.

3) For requests to reschedule tour departure date

This request will not be accepted if the travel date is within 07 days or lesser.

4) For requests to change name of passengers

This request will be accepted until 3 days prior to the travel date, however same service fee as below will be applicable.

3. Notes

1) We recommend all our passengers to avail "Travel Insurance" to protect themselves against personal / natural / manmade exigencies of all kind (including medical & family emergencies, accidents, flight delays, traffic delays, theft or personal- acts of terrorism, natural calamities etc.) that may affect you from participating in our tours (OR) arise while on tour.

2) Globerouter will take no responsibility for matters as stated above under personnel / natural / manmade exigencies.

3) No part / full refund / compensation will be offered to passengers who miss taking our tours (OR) for any un-utilized services, as per the date / time scheduled on the E-Voucher because all services are reconfirmed and prepaid for Charges as mentioned in our "Cancellation / Modification and Refund Policy" would be applicable.

4) All cancellation & tour modification requests should be emailed to info@globerouter.com.

5) We will not accept any cancellation / modification requests made through local tour provider / tour guide (OR) verbal requests made over the phone to our customer support staff / by voice mail

6) Cancellation request emails will not be accepted unless they have a complete, signed and attached "Globerouter Cancellation Request Form".
